schöne und helle 89m² Wohnung

Da ich ab Juni aufgrund eines Jobwechsels diese wunderschöne Wohnung auflösen muss, suche ich nun einen interessierten Nachmieter. Die Wohnung ist super als 2er Wg geeignet.

Die Wohnung besteht aus einer große Wohnküche (rund 20 m²), 2 ungefähr gleich großes Zimmer (22m²), getrenntes Bad und Klo. Insgesamt hat die Wohnung 89m².

Strom/Gas und Internet müssen neu angemeldet werden. Ich hatte Nebenkosten von maximal 150 Euro im Monat

Die Wohnung befindet sich im 14. Bezirk und ist nur wenige Gehminuten von der Ubahnstation U4 Hietzing und verschiedenen Bus und Straßenbahnlinien entfernt. Desweiteren befindet sich das Schloß Schönbrunn sowie der Zoo nur 10 Minuten entfernt. Es gibt auch viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der nähe.

Gerne würde ich einen Teil der Zimmer-Einrichtung und des Wohnzimmer möbiliert übergeben. Die Ablöse für die Möbel kann man dann am Tag der Besichtigung besprechen. Waschmaschine und Mikrowelle stehen auch zur Ablöse bereit.

Since I have to dissolve this beautiful apartment from June due to a job change, I am now looking for an interested new tenant.

The apartment consists of a large kitchen (about 20 m²), 2 approximately the same size room (22m²), separate bathroom and toilet. Overall, the apartment has 89m².

The apartment is located in the 14th district and is within walking distance of the underground station U4 Hietzing and various bus and tram lines. Furthermore, the Schönbrunn Palace and the zoo are only 10 minutes away. There are also many shops nearby.

I would gladly hand over part of the room furniture and the furnished living room. The replacement for the furniture can then be discussed on the day of the visit. Washing machine and microwave are also available for the transfer.
