Ich vermiete meine wunderbar zentral und doch ruhig gelegener Wohnung ab Juni bis mindestens Ende August. Die Wohnung besteht aus zwei Schlafzimmern und ein großes Wohnzimmer mit separater Küche. Eine große Terrasse ist vom Wohnzimmer aus begehbar und kann perfekt als erweitertes Wohnzimmer im Sommer genutzt werden (Ich sitze mittlerweile fast ausschließlich nur mehr draußen). Ein zweiter Balkon ist von einem der beiden Schlafzimmer aus begehbar. Die Wohnung ist komplett eingerichtet, inkl. Waschmaschine, alle Geräte, Teller, etc. in der Küche. Das größere Zimmer hat ein Doppelbett, Schreibtisch, Bücherregal, Kommode, und ein Kasten ist im Wohnzimmer benutzbar. Das kleinere Zimmer hat ein Doppelbett und nen großen Einbauschrank.

In der Miete sind alle Kosten, inkl. Warmwasser, Gas, Strom, und Internet inkludiert: 1000 Euro/Monat.

Lage ist ideal, mit den Straßenbahnen (40, 41) erreicht man Schottentor in 15 Minuten, U6 (Volksoper) ist auch nur 5 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt

Hi, I am subletting my 80m2 quiet and nice two bedroom apartment in the 18th district for the summer until end of August. The apartment is 80m2 large with perfect set up: common living room and a separate kitchen with all appliances, bath with shower and washing machine, separate toilet.

The large room has a double bed, desk and dresser. There is a large closet in the living room. The smaller room has a double bed and a large closet.

On the 5th floor with elevator in a quiet building from the 60s. The apartment has two balconies, one can be accessed through one of the rooms alone, and the other one is a common terrace, which is practically an extension of the living room in the summer.

Unlimited wireless internet is available, as well as sheets and towels.

Close to metro stop Währingerstraße U6, bus stop 40a, and trams 40 and 41 with direct connection to Schottentor and the city center.

Rent is all inclusive: 1000 euros/month. Shorter or longer stays are negotiable.
