Sunny quiet flat near Schönbrunn

Hallo,

Ich vermiete meine Wohnung für Jänner und Februar. Die Wohnung liegt 100m vom Park Schönbrunn entfernt (Meidlinger Tor). Das Haus befindet sich in einem Hof und ist deshalb sehr ruhig, man hört keinen Verkehrslärm. Es ist auch sehr sonnig. In unmittelbarer Nähe liegt ein Spar (einfach über die Straße gehen). Die U4 nimmt man am besten bei Schönbrunn oder Meidlinger Hauptstraße. direkt vor dem Haus hält der 10A Bus. Die Wohnung ist für Singles oder Pärchen geeignet. Auf den Fotos sind Sachen von mir zu sehen. Ich werde einiges davon zwischenzeitlich wo anders unterbringen oder in Kisten verstauen, damit genügend Platz für euch ist. Es ist mir wichtig, dass sich jemand um die Pflanzen kümmert (1 mal die Woche gießen). Ich nehme eine Kaution von 500€.

The apartment is suitable for singles or couples. In the pictures there are things of mine. i will remove or store them in boxes so you have enough space for yourself. It is important to me that someone takes care of the plants (water them once a week). I take a deposit of €500.
