Zwischenmiete Februar/März - 3-Zimmer-Wohnung in 1050

Wir sind auf Reisen und vermieten unsere schöne 3-Zimmer-Altbau-Wohnung im 5. Bezirk für die Monate Februar und März. Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral, gleich bei der U4-Station Pilgramgasse mit Blick auf den Wienfluss. Man kann zu Fuß zum Naschmarkt oder zur Mariahilfer Straße spazieren oder die hübsche Nachbarschaft erkunden. Die Wohnung ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht (Küche, Waschmaschine, Drucker, Bettwäsche etc.), und darf auch so verwendet werden (Details siehe Fotos). Internet und Nebenkosten sind inklusive. Gelegentlich die Pflanzen gießen wäre fein :)

We are traveling and renting out our beautiful 3-room apartment in the 5th district of Vienna for the months of February and March. The apartment is centrally located, right next to the U4 station Pilgramgasse with a view of the Wien Fluss. You can walk to Naschmarkt or Mariahilfer Straße or explore the charming neighborhood. The apartment is fully equipped (kitchen, washing machine, printer, bed linen, etc.) and can be used accordingly (details in the photos). Internet and extra costs are included. Occasionally watering the plants would be appreciated :)
