Süße Wohnung mit top Anbindung

Halli Hallo! Ich bin Anni und werde ab Juni mit meinem Auto & meinem Surfboard die Westküste Europas entlang reisen - deshalb möchte ich meine geliebte Wohnung untervermieten!! - wahrscheinlich wird es auch die Möglichkeit geben zu verlängern - bis März 2026! (Aber dazu kann ich leider noch keine sichere Angabe machen)

Die Wohnung liegt hinter einem kleinen Gänge-Labyrinth im Dachgeschoss im 16. Bezirk. Ich habe eine voll ausgestattete Wohnküche, ein großes Badezimmer mit Badewanne (leider muss man im sitzen duschen) und Waschmaschine und ein seperates Schlafzimmer mit Dachfenster in den Sternenhimmel!

Ich werde einiges an meinen privaten Dingen ausräumen und dir Platz machen. Dann kannst du dich für deinen Sommer im wunderschönen Wien richtig gemütlich einrichten und dich wie Zuhause fühlen!
Ich habe mir sehr viel mühe mit der Wohnung gegeben und wünsche mir, dass sie mit Respekt und Sauberkeit behandelt wird. Auch wenn ich selbst keinen super guten grünen Daumen habe und ich meistens eher um meine Pflanzen kämpfen muss, würde ich mich trotzdem freuen wenn du sie für mich gießen könntest und vielleicht ab und zu den Briefkasten leeren.

Hi there, I'm Anni and from June on I will be traveling with my car & my surfboard along the west coast of Europe - so I would like to sublet my beloved apartment!!! - probably there will also be the possibility to extend - until March 2026! (But unfortunately I can't say for sure yet)

The apartment is located behind a small labyrinth of corridors on the top floor in the 16th district. I have a fully equipped eat-in kitchen, a large bathroom with bathtub (unfortunately you have to shower sitting down) and washing machine and a separate bedroom with a skylight with a view of the stars at night!

I will clear out some of my private things and make room for you. Then you can make yourself really comfortable for your summer in beautiful Vienna and feel at home!
I have put a lot of effort into the apartment and hope that it will be treated with respect and cleanliness. Even though I don't have super a green thumb myself and usually have to fight for my plants, I would still be happy if you could water them for me and maybe empty the letterbox from time to time.
