The appartment is available from 1 April 2023 and will be sublet until 31 January 2024 (9 months)
The rooms (2) are very spacious and bright, it can either be used for bedrooms incased of flatsharing or a bedroom and a home office (the way it is now). There is a newly renovated bathroom with shower, toilet, basin and towl heater. The appartment will be empty, however the kitchen including oven/stove and fridge will stay and there is a table and two beanches in the kitchen that will also stay in the appartment. There is also a sunny balcony that is perfect for breakfast or afternoon tea ;-).
The best part is probably the direct view of the Main and quick walk to the city center, parks and main train station. The neighbours quite, friendly and helpful - we all get along.

The apartment is located in the castle on the hill and old Main ridge. It officially belongs to the Zellerau. You need a maximum of 5 minutes to walk to the city center via the Main bridge. From both bedrooms you look directly on the Main. It is in the immediate vicinity of various supermarkets: Norma, Edeka and Penny.
