Da ich vom 14.02.24 – 8.03.24 vereise, biete ich meine Wohnung zur Zwischenmiete an. (Ein paar Tage früher/später ginge auch, da kannst du mich einfach drauf ansprechen)
Die Wohnung ist auch meine privates Zuhause, weshalb auch meine Sachen in der Wohnung sind. Es ist aber genug Platz da für deine Sachen da.
Ich selbst wohne noch nicht so lange in der Wohnung, es ist aber alles da was gebraucht wird:
In der Küche findest du: Herd, Backofen, Spüle, Waschmaschine, ein Küchentisch mit 2 Sitzgelegenheiten, Wasserkocher, Espressokocher, Entsafter, Töpfe, Küchengeschirr etc.
Im kleinem Badezimmer: WC, Dusche, Handtuchhalter-Heizung, Spiegel und ein Haarfön
Im Schlaf- und Wohnzimmer: können der Schreibtisch und ein paar Fächer im Regal gerne genutzt werden. Für den Schreibtisch habe ich inzwischen einen Bürostuhl. Neben dem Bett mit Decke und Kissen, steht hier auch noch ein gemütliches Sofa. Ich habe zudem ein Yogamatte, die du ebenfalls gerne benutzen kannst. Ich lege zudem Handtücher und Bettwäsche raus, die du nutzen kannst.
Meine Bücher darfst du gerne lesen und die Musikbox in der Küche auch gern nutzen, ich gehe davon aus, dass du gewissenhaft mit meinen Dingen umgehst. :-)
Mein Fahrrad befindet sich im Flur und ich würde dich darum bitten, dieses nicht zu nutzen.
Schnelles WLAN ist vorhanden und ich werde dir natürlich gern ein wenig Platz für deine Sachen freimachen.

Since I am traveling from 14.02.24 - 8.03.24, I am offering my apartment for interim rent. (A few days earlier or later would also work, you can just ask me)
The apartment is also my private home, which is why my things are in the apartment. But there's enough space for your things.
I haven't lived in the apartment that long myself, but everything you need is there:
In the kitchen you'll find: Stove, oven, sink, washing machine, a kitchen table with 2 seats, kettle, espresso maker, juicer, pots, kitchen utensils etc.
In the small bathroom: WC, shower, heated towel rail, mirror and a hairdryer In the bedroom and living room: the desk and a few shelves can be used. I now have an office chair for the desk. In addition to the bed with a blanket and pillows, there is also a comfortable sofa. I also have a yoga mat that you are welcome to use. I also put out towels and bed linen for you to use.
You are welcome to read my books and use the jukebox in the kitchen, I assume that you will treat my things with care. :-)
My bicycle is in the hallway and I would ask you not to use it.
Fast WLAN is available and I will of course be happy to free up some space for your things.

Meine sonnige Wohnung ist zentral gelegen in der Nähe vom Wildenbruchplatz, ca. 3 min zu Fuß vom Kielufer entfernt. Viele kleine Cafés und Bars sind in der Umgebung und es lässt sich im Kiez zu Fuß viel entdecken. Falls du ins Grüne willst, gibt es zum Beispiel den Treptower Park oder das Maybachufer um die Ecke
Da die Wohnung im Hinterhaus liegt, ist sie relativ ruhig. Ab und zu ist tagsüber die Musik von meinen Nachbarn zu hören.

My sunny apartment is centrally located near Wildenbruchplatz, about a 3-minute walk from Kielufer. There are lots of small cafés and bars in the area and you can explore the neighborhood on foot. If you want to get out into the countryside, there is Treptower Park or Maybachufer around the corner, for example As the apartment is in the rear building, it is relatively quiet. From time to time you can hear the music of my neighbors during the day.
Weitere wichtige Hinweise:
-bitte keine Partys und/oder Veranstaltungen
- in der Wohnung darf nicht geraucht werden
- Homophobie, Sexismus, Rassismus, Gewalt und all dieser Kram passen weder nach Berlin, noch nach Neukölln und erst recht nicht in meine Wohnung. ;-) Vegetarier und Veganer sind in meinen vier Wänden ganz besonders willkommen.
- Die Wohnung ist nur für eine Person geeignet
- Weil in der Wohnung ein paar Pflanzen stehen, bitte ich drum die Pflanzen hin und wieder zu zugießen.
Verlass die Wohnung so, wie du sie vorzufinden wünschst.

-please no parties and/or events - no smoking in the apartment - homophobia, sexism, racism, violence and all that stuff does not fit in Berlin, nor in Neukölln and certainly not in my apartment ;-) Vegetarians and vegans are particularly welcome within my four walls.
- The apartment is only suitable for one person
- Because there are a few plants in the apartment, please water them from time to time.
Please leave the apartment as you would like to find it.
