Wohnung in der Nähe von Freie Universität Berlin

Hi,

ich möchte meine Wohnung in der Zeit 12.06-30.08.14 untermieten. Die Adresse ist Walter-Linse-Str.

Sie ist sauber, ruhig und hell. Es gibt Gasherd mit Backofen, Kühlschrank, Waschmaschine, Bad. Es gibt einen sonnigen Balkon und die Wohnung ist ruhig gelegen. Zum schlafen gibt es kein richtiges Bett sondern eine bequeme Matratze oder mann kann hier auch auf einem Futonsofa schlafen.

Internet auf Wunsch über Stick, kostet zusätzlich 10 Euro per Monat. Man hat damit 1,5 GB zur Verfügung per Monat.

U/S-Bahn Rathaus Steglitz ist in 10 min per Fahrrad oder Bus erreichbar. S-Bahn Lichterfelde West ist zu Fuß in 15 min oder per Fahrrad/ Bus in 5-10 min erreichbar. Bushaltestellen sind in 5-7 min zu Fuß zu erreichen. Freie Universität Berlin ist einige Busstationen der Linie M11 entfernt.

Ich muss 265€ /Monat für alles verlangen. D.h. insgesamt 665€ für angegebenen Zeitraum. Kaution brauche ich nicht.
Rauchen bitte nur auf dem Balkon.

Hi,

I would like to rent out my nice flat from 12.06 till 30.08.14. The addresse is Walter-Linse-Str. in Berlin.

It is clean and quite, bright and with balkony. You will find oven, fridge, washingmashine and bath here. As a bed suits a comfortable mattress. Or one can use the futon sofa for sleeping too.

The flat is near Freie Universität Berlin. The S/U-bahn Rathaus Steglitz is 10 min away by bicycle or bus. The S-bahn Lichterfelde West is 15 min away if walking or 5-7 min by bicycle or bus. Bus stops are 5-7 min away by walk.

I have to ask for 260 €/ Month for everything. It does mean 650 € for the whole renting time. I do not need deposit. Internet if needed is additionaly 10 € per month for 1,5 GB through usb-stick.
