Hallo,
ich werde meine schöne Einraumwohnung im Zentrum Dresdens (nähe Hauptbahnhof) aufgeben und suche daher einen Nachmieter. Die Wohnung besteht aus einem Vorflur mit Küche, einem Bad, einem Wohn- und Schlafbereich und einem Balkon. Die Wohnung befindet sich im 9. OG eines sanierten Wohnhauses und ist aktuell voll möbliert. Ich möchte gerne Teile der Einrichtung da lassen (z.B. Küche, Wandesstisch,...).

Die Wohnung liegt im Zentrum von Dresden. Der Hauptbahnhof und die Prager Strasse sind quasi vor der Tür und somit auch der schnelle Zugang zu S-Bahn und Strassenbahn.
Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind ebenfalls direkt um die Ecke zu finden (Lidl im Hauptbahnhof).
Vom Balkon aus hat man einen schönen Blick auf die Dresdener Innenstadt (inkl. Frauenkirche).
Die Wohnung wird von der SWG vermietet. Die Kaution ist in Form von Genossenschaftsanteilen zu bezahlen.
Was genau übernommen werden kann oder möchte, können wir gerne individuell klären.
