Hey Leute,
da wir (Franzi & Hannes) von September bis Anfang Januar verreisen, wollen wir unsere Wohnung zwischenvermieten.
Es gibt drei Zimmer (im Moment Wohnzimmer, Schlafzimmer und Arbeitszimmer), Küche, Bad und eine separate Toilette – Möbel etc. (Bett, Regale, Kühlschrank, TVs, Nintendo Switch, …) möchten wir in der Wohnung lassen und können alle benutzt werden.
Die Wohnung hat ca. 65m² und kostet 1200 Euro warm (inkl. Strom und Gas).
Im Haus wohnen noch: Eine junge Familie, eine gemischte WG, ein älterer Herr.
Falls ihr Interesse habt, lasst uns einfach eine Nachricht da. =)
Die Wohnung liegt zentral in der Nähe vom Zähringerplatz (zentraler Busknotenpunkt), zwei Minuten zu Fuß vom Supermarkt entfernt. Die beste Eisdiele in Konstanz ist direkt ums Eck.
