Die 3ZKB Wohnung ist ab sofort zu vermieten und bietet Platz für max. 3 Personen. Die Küche kann kostenlos übernommen werden. Die Wohnung bietet 2 etwas größere Zimmer und ein etwas kleineres Zimmer, was auch als Wohnzimmer genutzt werden kann. Jeder Raum hat große Fenster und wird mit genügend Tageslicht versorgt. In dem Haus wohnen ausschließlich junge Leute.
Die Wohnung liegt in einer der großen Hauptstraßen von Saarbrücken. (Dudweiler Straße). Bushaltestellen sind direkt vor der Tür, Saarbahnhaltestellen erreicht man innerhalb von 4 min zu Fuß. Die Universität/HTW ist ebenso mit Auto oder den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln sehr einfach und schnell zu erreichen. In der Stadt ist man in 5 Minuten zu Fuß und hat dort ausreichend Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. (z.B. Netto fast direkt vor der Tür)
Laut Kündigungsfrist wird die Wohnung am 1.Dezember frei, aber sobald wir etwas gefunden haben, wird die Wohnung auch schon früher frei.
