Die Wohnung ist ca.30 qm groß und besitzt ein großes Zimmer zur Straße hin und eine sehr große Wohnküche.
Außerdem gibt es noch ein schönes weißes Bad mit einer Badewanne.
Die Lage ist optimal. In 5 Min ist man am Hauptbahnhof. Das Bermudadreieck und alle Geschäfte des täglichen Bedarfs (Rewe, dm ...)sind fußläufig zu erreichen.
Die Wohnung wird über eine Immobiliengesellschaft vermietet, das heißt du solltest über ein geregeltes Einkommen verfügen oder falls du Student sein solltest, wäre eine Elternbürgschaft von Vorteil.
Gerne würde ich günstig die Küche abgeben, da ich in meiner Heimat in eine WG ziehen werde. Die Küche habe ich vor einem Jahr selbst übernommen und ist echt gut erhalten.
Aber am besten machst du dir selbst ein Bild..-)
