It is 57 m2 big and has 2 rooms (bedroom and living room), kitchen, bathroom with bath and 8 m2 closed terrace.
We would leave the flat with some furniture (bed, wardrobe, night tables, fridge, washing mashine, cutlery, etc) for a negotiable price.
Monthly total rent 628 €
Deposit aprox. 1200 € (can be paid in 3 months)
IMPORTANT!!! The contract would be directly with the estate agency. They ask for:
- Monthly net income of 1400-1500 €
- 3 last incomes proof

Edeka und Norma nur 300 m entfernt. Kaufland, Lidl, Rossman auch in der Nähe. Ruhige Lage mit 4 große Park mit Seen, in einige kannn man baden (Orankesee und Weißensee). Tram 27 und M4 nr wenige Meter entfernt, in 20 Min ist man in Alexanderplatz.
