Location
We are letting our beautiful and spacious house with lovely terrace and big garden for three weeks during the summer holidays. It is a culturally protected house, designed by famous architect Bruno Taut in 1927. We have combined the old, functional style with modern elements, which makes it a very cosy place to live in.
The house offers room for a maximum of three people.
It is equipped with a wireless internet connection. We are sure you will enjoy the garden and terrace as well as the quiet area.
The house is located in the southern part of the fashionable borough Neukölln. It is situated in a quiet and green area, which resembles a small village. The area is called Hufeisensiedlung, renown for its center: the famous Hufeisen, (horse shoe), designed and constructed by architect Bruno Taut. Many students of architecture visit the area.
Our house is only a two minute walk away from the nearest underground station (U 7) which takes you to Neukölln and Kreuzberg and also to Charllottenburg and Tegel airport.
You can reach Alexanderplatz within 25 minutes, Hermannplatz in 8 minutes and Hauptbahnhof within 30 minutes.
Schönefeld Airport is the nearest airport. It takes about 45 minutes to get to our house from the airport. Tegel airport is about 50 minutes away, by underground and bus.
