Cosy House in quiet neighbourhood, close to the lake Krumme Lanke, perfect for families, with a big garden and huge tree house including a tent in the trees. A lovely eating area in the living room with fire place piano and wintergarden, it is fully furbished. The house has 4 bedrooms (2 kingsize beds, one in the master bedroom, one in the attic). The two children bedrooms have single beds . The bathroom has a tub and a shower.
The house is in a quiet neighbourhood, parking is possible for free on the street in front of the house. Some good restaurants, supermarket, pharmacy, book store and bakery and U-Bahn Krumme Lanke are at a 6 minute walk distance. The lakes Krumme Lanke and Schlachtensee are 5 minutes away by bike (our bikes can be used).
We are happy to rent it to families with children (all toys can be used) or a couple/friends, that want to spend a couple of weeks in Berlin. We can provide bikes and many tipps if usefull. Please only non-smokers, cats or dogs are welcome.
