Es ist ein sanierter Altbau mit EG, 1. OG und Dach. Das Haus hat 4 Zimmer und 1 Wohnküche, 2 Bäder. Alle Zimmer sind mit Holzdielen ausgestattet, das Dach mit Laminat. Die Bäder sind saniert. Im Grundriss sind die Zimmer durchnummeriert, so dass die Fotos den Zimmern zugeordnet werden können. DIe Deckenhöhe im EG und 1. OG ist ca. 2,60 m.
Alles, für den täglichen Bedarf ist in der Nähe: Supermärkte (Rewe, Aldi und Lidl), Bäcker, Apotheke oder S-Bahn. Man ist super schnelle in den Rheinauen oder im Naturschutzgebiet. Auch Beuel ist sehr schnell mit S-Bahn oder Fahrrad zu erreichen. Dort sind weitere Geschäfte wie Momo, Alnatura oder DM gut zu erreichen.
Das Haus ist ab dem 1.8.23 komplett leer, so dass eine neue WG gegründet werden kann. Da die Vormieterin oft lange weg ist (Arbeit) sind Besichtigungstermine nur nach Absprache möglich. Ansonsten kann man weitere Fragen dirakt an mich richten, ich versuche alles kurzfristig zu beantworten. Die Nebenkosten basieren auf dem hohen Gaspreis, sind wahrscheinlich jetzt niederiger.
