Ich bin freiberufliche Übersetzerin und möchte gerne ca. 3-6 Monate in Berlin verbringen, um meine Deutschkenntnisse zu vertiefen.
Idealerweise könnte ich mir hierfür einen Wohnungstausch vorstellen, suche aber alternativ auch einen Zwischenmieter für diesen Zeitraum.

- Doppelhaushälfte in Skerries, einem hübschen, am Meer gelegenen Dorf ca. 20 km bzw. 30 Minuten per Auto/Zug von Dublin (Stadtzentrum) entfernt.
Ich suche:
- nette voll möblierte Wohnung im 1. Stock oder höher
- 2 Schlafzimmer
- Büro mit Internetanschluss (Breitband)
- Balkon
- Waschmaschine/Fernseher
- Badezimmer mit Dusche (gute Sanitärausstattung)
- schöne Lage (vorzugsweise in Prenzlauer Berg/Mitte/F'hain)
