Ab Juli wird das Haus renoviert, Bezug danach ab Oktober/November.
Das Haus ist in Freiburg West beim Seepark, nah zur Straßenbahnlinie Nummer 1, sehr ruhig.
Wir wünschen uns Mieter, mit denen es über viele Jahre ein gutes Verhältnis gibt. Bitte schreiben Sie uns mit einigen Informationen über sich selbst, da wir vll nicht allen Anfragen antworten können. Eine Besichtigung ist in der zweiten Julihälfte möglich.
Und: im Wohnzimmer steht ein schöner alter Flügel. Es wäre schön, falls es eine Möglichkeit gäbe, dass dieser drin bleiben könnte, wenn jemand ihn gerne spielen würde.
