Nice house with garden in Germering.
The rent duration is limited to one year. Additionally, there will be significant construction work at the neighbors part of the house (the other half of the building will be torn down and rebuild). Therefore the house is best suited for tenants which aren't at home during the working hours.
The house has one kitchen, a living room, three bedrooms and a sunroom. The sunroom has a wood stove. All other rooms are heated by an oil-fired heating system. The garage and the cellar offer additional storage room. The garden lies to the west and is thus sunny in the afternoon.
