Es handelt sich um ein sehr altes, direkt an einem kleinen Bach gelegenes Haus in Schönbrunn-Haag, etwa 20km enternt von Heidelberg. Das Haus ist alt (Baujahr 18xx), von aussen eher hässlich, aber von innen schön und gerade frisch renoviert. Ein Garten gehört leider nicht dazu, auch gibt es keinen Balkon. Aber das Haus liegt im Grünen. Vorhanden ist eine Einbauküche mit Küchschrank, Gefriertruhe, Herd usw.. Im Badezimmer steht eine Waschmaschine. Es gibt eine Badewanne und eine Dusche.
Auf dem Speicher lässt sich gut Wäsche aufhängen und vieles verstauen. Die Raumaufteilung ist nicht ideal: Ein Zimmer ist Durchgangszimmer zum Badezimmer, ein anderes Zimmer ist nur durch einen Vorhang von der Kuche getrennt. Ideal ist das Haus daher für ein Pärchen, eine kleine Familie oder eine kleinere WG.
