Da Haus liegt am Rande von Lechstedt mit einem Traumblick in das Innerstetal in Richtung Groß Düngen.
Von Lechstedt aus kommt ihr mit dem Rad (2 Km) ganz schnell zum Stadtbus nach Itzum.
Es gibt auch eineen regelmäßigen Busverkehr ( stündlich) von Lechstedt direkt.
Mit dem Rad erreicht man die Uni auf der Marienburger Höhe in ca 15 -20 Min
mit dem Auto sind es 7 min zur Uni.
Autobahnanschluss ist 3 Km entfernt
Zur Uni Hildesheim sind es ca. 3,5 km Entfernung,
nach Hildesheim- Itzum, wo der Stadtbus fährt, sind es 1,5 km,
Lechstedt ist ein ruhiger, kleiner Ort mit einer netten Obstweinschänke
