This little house is very cozy, quiet and has all the comforts.
The house develops on two levels: the entrance opens on a spacious room with a table and a kitchen corner. There is also a little bathroom with shower. The stairs bring you upstairs, where you find the bed, a sofa corner, and more space to be used for a television and a wardrobe.
The style of the house is simple and warm, with predominance of wood, but modern, with green wall decor and gray tiles in the bathroom.
The heating system is independently controlled. it keeps the house very warm in winter.
In summer you can enjoy free time in the inner garden, near a fountain, and have barbeques with friends.
The neighbors are very nice.
