Lust auf etwas Ruhe, Natur und Kühle über den Sommer? Dieses wunderschöne Häuschen ist gerade frei und möchte belebt werden. Du hast Zugang zu unserer Gemeinschaftsterasse und von dort aus in den riesigen Garten. Hinter dem Garten fließt das Flüsschen Wien und du schaust direkt in den Wienerwald. Wenn es heiß wird bleibt es in dem Haus immer angenehm kühl, darum ist es der perfekte Ort um über den Sommer runterzukommen.
Das kleine Häuschen liegt auf einem Grundstück mit einem weiteren Bungalow. Wir verstehen uns als Wohngemeinschaft, daher befindet sich beispielsweise die Waschmaschine im anderen Häuschen. Wie viel Kontakt du zu meinen Mitbewohnis aufnehmen möchtest, ist dir überlassen. Mein Häuschen hättest du jedenfalls für dich. Küche, WC und Dusche sind hier vorhanden. :)

Looking for some calmness, nature and freshness over the summer? I am renting out this little house for the time of my vacation. In the house you find a sleeping room and a kitchen room. You'll have access to the shared terasse and from there to the huge garden. Behind the garden there's the small river "Wien" and you can look directly into the forest. The house remains cool, even when it's hot outside, so this is the perfect place to calm down during the summer.
This little house shares the ground with another bungalow. We see our living situation as a shared community in two houses. You can decide whether or not you want to aquaint yourself with my flatmates. However, this house you'll have for yourself - only the washing mashine is in the other house.
Zugegeben, unser Häuschen steht nicht mehr ganz in Wien, sondern ein paar hundert Meter hinter der Stadtgrenze, 1 Minute zu Fuß vom Bahnhof Unterpurkersdorf. Von dort bist du mit der Bahn(S 50) in 18 Minuten am Westbahnhof und so funktioniert es für uns alle gut, in Wien zu arbeiten/studieren und hier draußen im Grünen zu leben.
In Purkersdorf gibt es alles, was du für den täglichen Bedarf so brauchst (also diverse Supermärkte, Apotheken, Drogerien, zwei Eisdielen, etc.). Besonders schön ist auch der Bauernmarkt, der jeden Freitag stattfindet. Ansonsten genießen wir hier vorallem den Wienerwald, in dem du innerhalb von 2 Minuten zu Fuß bist und dich spazierend, joggend oder radfahrend austoben kannst.

Ok, let's be honest, our little house is not in Vienna anymore, but a few hundret metres behind the city border, very close to the train station Unterpurkersdorf. From there you are at Vienna Westbahnhof within 18 minutes by train (S 50), so it works well for all of us to work/study in Vienna, while living here in the nature.
Anything that you need for your everyday life (groceries, pharmacy, etc.) is
available here in Purkersdorf. A big highlight is the farmer's market with great vegetables, bread and cheese which takes place every friday. Apart from that we enjoy being so close to the Wiener Wald, the beautiful forest surrounding Vienna, which invites to go for a stroll, run or ride the bike.
Da ich auf Reisen bin, wäre es sehr schade, wenn mein Häuschen in der Zeit leer stünde. Außerdem freue ich mich momentan über jeden Euro. Du kannst mir daher gerne auch schreiben und einen Preis vorschlagen :) - Je nachdem, wie viel du im Moment zahlen kannst.
