5,5 Zimmer auf drei Etagen verteilt. Eigene Waschküche, grosser Keller.
Die Küche wurde vor 6 Monaten neu eingebaut, das ganze Haus wird im Februar noch renoviert.
Haustiere sind erlaubt. Ideal für eine WG oder Familie. Schafstall hinter dem Haus.
Alles im Umkreis von zwei km2: Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Ärzte, Zahnärzte, Kindergarten, Grundschulen, etc.
Hauptbahnhof Zürich/Hochschulen in 20 Minuten mit ÖV erreichbar.
In 15 Minuten ist man auf dem Biobauernhof mit einem kleinen Hofladen.
Die Nachbarschaft ist nett und unkompliziert. Es gibt einen kleinen Garten, den man bewirtschaften kann, aber nicht muss.

Die Wohnung ist ab sofort zu mieten, Miete muss jedoch erst ab April bezahlt werden (wegen der Renovation).
Einige Möbel kann man gratis übernehmen, wenn man will, z.B. das gesamte Kücheninventar wie Tisch, Stühle etc., da sich die momentane WG die dort wohnt, auflöst.
