Ich vermiete mein geräumiges Zimmer in meiner 3er WG unter, nehme meine Möbel jedoch in ein neues Zimmer mit. Das bedeutet, dass das Zimmer weitestgehend unmöbliert vermietet wird. Einzelne Dinge kann ich jedoch gerne hierlassen, das kann man dann im konkreten Fall besprechen :) Das Zimmer hat knapp unter 20qm mit zwei großen Fenstern und einem kleinen Eckfenster und ist somit den ganzen Tag über gut mit Licht versorgt.
I am subletting my spacious room in my 3-person shared apartment, but I am taking my furniture with me to a new room. This means that the room will be rented largely unfurnished. However, I can leave a few things here, and that can be discussed in specific cases :) The room is just under 20 square meters with two large windows and a small corner window, so it gets good light throughout the day.
Die Wohnung liegt mitten in Alt-Treptow. Die Gegend selbst ist angenehm ruhig, es dauert jedoch nicht lange, um zu Fuß und mit ÖPNV nach Neukölln oder zum Treptower Park zu kommen. Zum Beispiel fährt direkt vor der Tür der 194er, also ist man in unter 10 Minuten am Hermannplatz. Was Einkaufen angeht, ist direkt in der Bouchestraße ein Netto und ein Edeka.
The apartment is located in the heart of Alt-Treptow. The area itself is rather quiet, but it doesn't take long to walk or use public transport to get to Neukölln or Treptower Park. For example, the 194 bus stops right in front of the door, so you can be at Hermannplatz in under 10 minutes. As for shopping, there’s a Netto and an Edeka right on Bouchestraße.
Meine Mitbewohnerinnen arbeiten beide in der Gastrobranche, daher haben wir häufig allesamt einen etwas unterschiedlichen Rhythmus. Wenn es sich ergibt, hängen wir etwas ab aber parallel haben wir alle relativ viel zu tun und sind viel unterwegs. Tendenziell sind wir aus den wildesten Partyzeiten raus, zumindest auf die Wohnung bezogen, da wir die unterschiedlichen Zeitpläne möglichst respektieren wollen. Eine meiner Mitbewohnerinnen ist aus Brasilien, sie kann zwar etwas Deutsch, im Alltag reden wir mit ihr allerdings auf Englisch. Meine beiden Mitbewohnerinnen haben insgesamt drei kleine Hunde, die allesamt sehr süß und zugänglich sind.
My roommates both work in the hospitality industry, which is why our schedules often vary. When the opportunity arises, we spend time together, but at the same time, we all have quite a lot going on and are frequently on the go. Generally speaking, we've moved past the wildest party times, at least within the apartment, as we aim to respect each other's different schedules. One of my roommates is from Brazil; while she does know some German, we usually communicate with her in English in our daily interactions. My two roommates together have three small dogs, all of which are very sweet and approachable.
Insgesamt suchen wir nach einer zuverlässigen Person, mit der ein entspanntes temporäres Zusammenleben klappt, in dem sich alle wohl fühlen und Absprachen eingehalten werden. Die Auszugsdaten können flexibel gestaltet werden und es gäbe eventuell die Option das Zimmer langfristig zu übernehmen, wenn das Zusammenleben gut funktioniert.
Ich will hier kein allzulangen Roman schreiben, daher bei Fragen gerne melden!
Overall, we are looking for a reliable individual with whom a relaxed temporary coexistence works, where everyone feels comfortable and agreements are upheld. The move-out dates can be flexible, and there's a possibility that you could take over the room long-term if you and my roommates get along well.
