Das Zimmer liegt ruhig zum Innenhof und ist mit einem großen Schreibtisch, einem Schlafsofa und einem Hochbett ausgestattet. Es ist sehr ruhig und im Sommer angenehm kühl, da es im Erdgeschoss liegt.
Im Innenhof haben wir eine Terrasse (ca. 15qm), auf welcher du entspannen oder arbeiten kannst. Das Internet reicht bis zur Terrasse und sie ist schön begrünt.

The room is quietly facing the inner courtyard and is equipped with a large desk, a sofa bed and a bunk bed. It is very quiet and pleasantly cool in summer as it is on the ground floor.
In the courtyard we have a terrace (approx. 15 square meters) where you can relax or work. The internet extends to the terrace.
Die Marientalerstr ist eine ruhige Seitenstraße, bis zur S Bahnstation Baumschulenweg brauchst du nur 6min zu Fuß. Von dort aus fahren ganz viele S-Bahnen. In nur 8min ist man am Ostkreuz oder in 25min am Hbf.

The Marientalerstr is a quiet side street, you only need 6 minutes to walk to the S Bahn station Baumschulenweg. Many S-Bahn trains run from there. In just 8 minutes you are at Ostkreuz or in 25 minutes at the main station.
Aktuell wohnen wir (Johannes und Maria) und unsere 2 Katzen und unser Hund zusammen. Da wir im Sommer ein Häuschen in Brandenburg gepachtet haben, werden wir häufig nicht in der Wohnung / in Berlin sein. Maria ist die meiste Zeit im Garten. Johannes 50-50 in Berlin und im Garten.
Falls wir da sind, freuen wir uns natürlich über ein nettes Gespräch oder einen gemütlichen Abend auf der Terasse. Wir sind 34 und 36, entspannt und sehr umgänglich. In unserer Freizeit sind wir gerne mit dem Camper oder dem Fahrrad unterwegs, spielen Tischtennis oder basteln gerne an neuen Projekten (wie Vanausbau oder Hausausbau).

Currently we (Johannes and Maria) and our 2 cats and the dog live together. Since we leased a little house in Brandenburg in the summer, we will often not be in the apartment / in Berlin. This means you will have the apartment to yourself often. Maria is in the garden most of the time, Johannes 50-50. It would be great if you like cats.
If we are there, we are of course looking forward to a nice chat or a cozy evening on the terrace. We are 34 and 36, relaxed and very easy to get along with. In our free time we like to travel with the camper or the bike or like to work on our personal projects (such as building furniture or gardening).
