Dadurch ist es sehr hell. Da in dem Zimmer viele freie Flächen sind kann es beliebig eingerichtet und dekoriert werden. Es wird jedoch möbiliert vermietet, sodass alles Nötige vorhanden ist. Dies umfasst folgende Möbelstücke:

- 2 Nachttische
- große Regale
- Schrank
- Schreibtisch
- Spiegel
- Esstisch
- Stühle
Außerdem sind sowohl Küche als auch Bad vollständig ausgestattet. Bei Bedarf können Bettbezug und Handtücher ausgeliehen werden. Bei weiteren Fragen zu der Einrichtung stehe ich euch gerne zur Verfügung.

The room is part of a 100m² renovated old apartment, in which the old floors and high ceilings convey a special charm. The room consists of about 30m² and has a large window facade. This means that it is very bright. As there are many free spaces in the room it can be arranged and decorated as desired. However, it will be rented out fully furnished, meaning that all necessary furniture is already available. This includes the following pieces of furniture:

The flat is situated within the heart of the district Charlottenburg-Wilmersdorf in 5 minutes walking distance from the Kurfürstendamm, one of the biggest shopping streets in Berlin, but located in a very quiet side street. Charlottenburg’s high-end shopping complexes and notable cleanliness distinguish it from many of Berlin’s vintage inclined neighborhoods.

In der Wohnung wohnen Julie, die für ein Start-Up arbeitet und Sebastian, der bei einer Bank arbeitet. Der Umgang in der WG ist sehr nett und freundlich und außerhalb der Zeiten die zusammen verbracht werden wird die Privatsphäre von jedem respektiert. Die Küche ist groß genug und entsprechend eingerichtet um auch mal gemeinsam zusammen zu sitzen.

Your future flat mates will be Sonia who is working for a PR agency and Sebastian who is working for a bank. Life in the flat is always pleasant and friendly and outside of the time spent together each person's privacy is respected. The kitchen is big enough and fittingly furnished to be able to sit together.
