Hallo! Eines unserer drei Zimmer ist ab dem 1. November verfügbar.
Es ist 28 m² groß, mit zwei grosse Fenster und Spandauer Damm mit guten blick auf dem Klausenerplatz. Fenster haben guten Schallschutz, in Ruhe schlafen ist also kein Problem.
Das Zimmer hat zwei Heizkörper und sie reichen aus, um den Raum im Winter gut zu heizen.
Ich habe selber eine Hochbett-Struktur gebaut die einen grossen Kleiderschrank mit integriert. unter dem Hochbett habe ich ein Werkstatt Tisch/Wand verbaut, wäre also perfekt für Bastler.
Sonst ist komplett möbliert. Inklusive sind grosses SÖDERHAMN Sofa, 55" Fernseher mit 5.1 Bose Soundsystem, grosser motorisierter Sitz/Steh Schreibtisch (260x80 cm) und Esstisch mit Bänken (der kann auch verkauft werden wenn er nicht passt). Die Matratze für das Hochbett (140x200) ist auch inklusive
Hello! One of our three rooms will be available from November 1st.
It is 28 m² in size, with two windows to the Spandauer Damm with a good view to Klausenerplatz.
The windows provide good isolation to the noises from the street. There are two radiators that are plenty to heat the room in winter.
I've built a loft bed structure that integrates big wardrobe as-well as a workshop table and wall under the bed. Would be perfect for a craftsman.
The room is fully furnished and comes with a big SÖDERHAMN Sofa, 55" TV with 5.1 Bose sound system, big motorised Stand Desk (260x80cm) and dining table with banks (can be sold if it doesn't fit). The loft mattress (140x200) is also included.
Die Wohnung ist mit rund 100 m² recht groß. Wir haben eine voll ausgestattete 9 m² große Küche mit Geschirrspüler, Backofen, Cerankochfeld, Waschmaschine und einem großen Kühlschrank mit Gefrierfach. Wir haben auch viel Platz für Lebensmittel und Geschirr.
Das Badezimmer ist auch groß, mit fast 8 m² hat es eine Badewanne mit integrierter Dusche. Die Küche und das Bad haben jeweils ein großes Fenster mit Blick auf dem Innenhof.
Wir haben zwei Eingänge, einen an der Hauptstraße (Spandauer Damm) und einen im Innenhof, wie auf den Fotos zu sehen. Wir haben einen Keller (ca. 3 m²) und einen Abstellraum für Fahrräder.
Wir befinden uns in der Nähe der Buslinien M45, 309, TXL, die Dich zum Zoo, zur S-Charlottenburg und zum Flughafen Tegel bringen. Die Ringbahn S41 und S42 (Westend Station) ist 5 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt.
In unserer Nähe findest du Edeka, Penny, Bio Company und Rossmann sowie den Schloss-Charlottenburg Park, der sich perfekt zum Laufen und Entspannen am Fluss eignet. Späti ist bei uns direkt unten.
The Apartment is quite large, at around 100 m². We have a fully stocked 9 m² kitchen with dishwasher, oven, Ceramic hob, washing machine and a large fridge with freezer. We also have plenty of space to store food and cookware.
The bathroom is also big, with almost 8 m² it has a bathtub with integrated shower. The kitchen and bathroom each have a large window looking at the inner patio.
We have two entrances, one from the main street (Spandauer Damm) and one from the patio as seen in the photos. We have we have a cellar (3m² aprox.) on the -1 level and a storing room for bicycles.
We are near the bus lines M45, 309, TXL that get you to Zoo Station, Charlottenburg Station and Tegel Airport respectively. The Westend S-Bahn station Ring S41 and S42 is 5 minutes by foot.
Near us you can find Edeka, Penny, Bio Company and Rossmann supermarkets and the Charlottenburg park, perfect for running and chilling by the river. You can find a Späti (city shop) directly below.
Wir, Coniff, Margaux und Alvaro, teilen uns eine Wohnung. Da ich (Alvaro) für längere Zeit ausziehe, suchen einen verantwortungsbewussten, entspannten und sauberen Mitbewohner, die sich während unserer Abenteuer um unsere Zimmer kümmern.
Das Zimmer wird sicher bis Februar frei sein. Wenn du das wirklich liest, antworte zuerst mit einem Smiley, damit wir wissen, dass du so weit gekommen bist.
We, Coniff, Margaux and Alvaro, share an apartment. As i'm (Alvaro) leaving for a longer time, we are searching for somebody responsible, chill and clean to take care of room.
