Das Zimmer ist ein schöner Altbau mit Dielenboden und neuen Fenstern. Eventuell kann das Zimmer teilmöbliert vermietet werden, ansonsten wäre es zum Einzug komplett leer, je nach Absprache.
Zuerst gilt das Zimmer auf 3 Monate befristet, sollte einer der Mitbewohnerinnen die Wohnung als Nachmieter übernehmen können und du passt gut rein, besteht die Möglichkeit, dass du dauerhaft wohnen bleibst.
Die Wohnung ist 1 min Fußweg von der U5 (Samariterstr) und 9 min Fußweg von S Frankfurter Allee entfernt. In 10 min bist du auch schon am Boxhagener Platz.
Wir sind eine Wg aus 3 Mädels und schätzen ein ruhiges und entspanntes miteinander. 2 von 3 Mitbewohnerinnen ziehen zum 01.11., zum einen aus Job-gründen und weil ich mit meinem Partner zusammen ziehe. Daher wirst du nicht die einzige neu einziehende Person sein.
Die Küche und das Bad werden gemeinsam genutzt. Küche, Kühlschrank, Waschmaschine etc sind vorhanden. Das Bad ist relativ groß mit Badewanne.
