Hello there beautiful people!
Since one of our flatmates is traveling from mid-March till end of April, we would like to have somebody to take over the room for that period.
Room itself is extremely bright and has all the basic necessities for your stay. All the utilities and amenities are available :)
This is a short term rental, hence anmeldung unfortunately is not possible.
Location is super central:
- Right by the S+U Gesundrunnen, from where you can reach to any spot in Berlin and even travel to another cities/countries.
- Kaufland 4 mins, Lidl - 5 mins, Rewe - 7 mins by foot
- Gesundbrunnen mall - 6 mins by foot, has Douglas, TK Maxx, H&M and so on.
You will be living with our beloved funny and kind Kk, 34 year old handsome(in his words) male, works at a startup during the day but finds his purpose in music :) The living is pretty chill and relaxed, we respect private spaces, but also like to chat over a coffee or have dinner from time to time.
Everybody is welcome in our house, however we have some pretty regular but important requirements for you - please be responsible, tidy and respectful.
Drop me a message with a little introduction of yourself, reason of your stay, have you lived in a WG before and a keyword "Ramler" to make sure you've read the description, nothing personal just a lil homework, and thanks in advance we appreciate your effort! :) Then if both parties are still interested we would organise a viewing and you would meet us in person.
Just a heads up we will make a contract for a month and would need your ID/Passport info on the move in.
