Cosy and bright appartment at the 8th and last floor of a tower in Kollnische Heide. the area is nice and calm, with lot of prak, trees and summer garten around
The room available is 2,30m by 3,20m, has one window with south exposition (the stain on the wall from the picture is gone the wall has been repaint!)
The appartement has been renovated and the bathroom is brand new and has a bath tub.
We have a separated kitchen that is also new with an oven and washing machine.
There is small living room that we haven't decarated yet and we are actually looking for nicer piece of furniture to make it more cosy.
The room is free from October 1st and the room is not furnished.
the rent is 250 wifi and insurance included
The appartment is :
- 8min from Kollnische Heide with the S45 and S46
- 15 min to Sonnenallee with the Ringbahn
- 7min to the M41 going to S+U Hauptbahnhof (by Hermanplatz)
the districk is super calm a lot of familly lives here, there is a school just next to the appartment.
there is lot of park and nature around
there is EDEKA, ALDI, ROSSMANN and a McDonald 10min wlaking
You'll share the appartment with 2 person. We are both queer, like to party but we like to keep the space clean and quiet as we really want to feel confortable in the space.
We are both very social and like to spend time to each other, share a meal (or a bottle ow wine :p) and do activities outside of the house together. But we are also independant and can spend some time in our room to recharge social batterie.
We are looking for soemeone who would like to spend some time in the house with us and would like to help us decorate the living room and investe time and energy with us to make this place fells nice and cosy
We also like to have friends around for a dinner or a drink so we are looking for someone who enjoy company and is not looking for total silence in the appartment.
Being Queer and/or FLINTA is a big +
we will do visits this weekend (16th and 17th of september) but we can manage another date if you are not free on this date
