Berlin-style, huge and cozy private room (22qm) in shared flat

Like said, there is everything you need in walking distance: weigandufer (the canal area: perfect to do sports or have a relaxed walk. If you follow the water for less than half an hour you get to the well-known berlin-traditional "türkenmarkt" on tuesdays and fridays), famous and hip weserstraße, beautiful village-like richardplatz, small parks (if you're eager to walk for about half an hour you'll reach several huge parks, too. As well as the impressive soviet memorial and the tempelhofer feld - the former airport and now biggest green spot in berlin e.g.) restaurants, bars, cafés, a club, supermarkets (2 minutes for REWE), galleries, bookstores (also one with primary english books), other stores for vintage stuff and so on - just the very Neukölln for everybody.

There is free parking in most of the surrounding streets - in the evening it's sometimes hard to find a spot, so that it could happen that you have to walk for 3 or 4 minutes, but during the day you'll normally find a spot just in front of the house or around the corner.
The train-station S-Sonnenalle (ringbahn, going all around berlin) and subway-station karl-marx-straße (going to kreuzberg and so on) are both a 8-12 minutes walk from the flat. Also there is a bus station in one minute walking distance. You have there: bus m41 going all the way through berlin to the berlin central train station and bus 171 connecting you directley with the airport berlin schönefeld!

My three flatmates will live with you in the rest of the flat. We are all students and good friends who like to spend time together, but we have to manage our own individual everyday lifes, so it's important for us to respect the space for retreat of each one of us.

We have two bathrooms with a toilet and bathtube in both - and an additional shower in one of them. Our kitchen is more than fully equiped. There are all essentials as well as stuff like hair-dryer, washing machine, dishwasher, all different kinds of pans, coffee machines, teapots, smoothiemakers and all that kitchen stuff.

You can smoke in the kitchen as well as in the room itself. But if you're a nonsmoker but it's okay for you if now and then there is someone smoking a cigarette with the coffee in the kitchen, it will surely work out for you. You cannot use the room to party or invite tons of people! But you can stay here and enjoy the space if you are on holidays, a business trip, while you are looking for a permanent rent of a room or whatever you plan to do in berlin.

We are looking for someone who wants to live in the room/flat from around the 21th of august untill mid-october or something around that. We are looking for a reliable person with whom living for 7 or 8 weeks will be an enjoyable, straightforward and mostly quiet time.

Because I'm not in germany right now (why calling or textmessageing would be quite expensive) I would prefere, if you just send me an Email () or whatsapp message ----/-------, i'll answer you pretty soon. We would like to meet you as soon as possible, my flatmates are primary free to welcome you during the early evening of weekdays . we're looking forward to rent you the room resp. live with you for six or seven weeks. The expenses are per month of course. The total cost depends on how long we agree your stay will be.
