Altbauzimmer+Rad im Weserkiez für August

Die Wohnung befindet sich im Weserkiez, man erreicht fußläufig oder mit dem Rad schnell sämtliche Cafés und Bars. Außerdem ist es nur eine Querstraßen bis zum Kanal (->Maybachufer!).
Die nächste Busstation ist 3 Minuten entfernt, die nächste Ubahnstation wäre U Rathaus Neukölln oder U Karl-Marx-Str. (circa 10 Minuten zu Fuß) oder S Sonnenallee (Ringbahn). Genauso ist man mit dem Rad in 10 Minuten am Kottbuser Tor mitten in Kreuzberg.
Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es mehr als genug (zb. Rewe 3 Minuten entfernt).
Und wir haben den besten Thai Berlins um die Ecke!!

The flat is located in the so called “Weserkiez”, with loads of opportunities to go for a beer/coffee after a short walking distance. The next bus station is only a 3 minute walk away and the closest underground station would be U Rathaus Neukölln or U Karl-Marx-Straße as well as S Sonnenallee (Ringbahn), which is reachable within a 10 minutes walk. By bike you´re in 10 minutes at Kottbuser Tor in the middle of Kreuzberg.
And the best thai restaurant in Berlin is just around the corner!!

Hey ihr Zimmersuchenden :)
Ich vermiete mein geliebtes Zimmer für knapp 1 Monate unter, da ich für ein Praktikum den August in Wien verbringen werde. Am 27. August flieg ich wieder zurück nach Berlin, falls du aber ein/zwei Tage länger eine Bleibe brauchst, wäre das auch überhaupt kein Problem!!
Den Monat würdest du mit meinem Mitbewohner Chris zusammenwohnen. Chris ist 25, studiert Medizin im 3. Semester & hat eine offene, liebe & witzige Art, mit der du ganz sicher leicht klarkommen wirst :)
Da in Chris´ Zimmer eine gemütliche Couch steht, kommt man abends oft zusammen und quatscht eine Runde, isst Abendbrot oder es gibt das ein oder andere Bier (oder 3 oder 4) auf dem WG-Balkon.
Wir genießen beide den Trubel von Neukölln mit den vielen Bars und dem Wasser ganz in der Nähe.
Falls du Lust auf einen Monat im wunderbaren Neukölln hast, melde dich gerne mit ein paar Sätzen zu dir.

I am subletting my room for 1 months, due to an internship in Vienna. I will be flying back to Berlin on the 27th of August, but if you want to stay one or two days longer, that shouldn't be a problem!
You will be sharing the flat with Chris, who is 25 years old and is studying medicine. Chris has a funny & open-minded personality that you'd most definitely would get along with her right away.
As Chris´room has a nice, comfy couch in it, we are often sitting together in the evening to chat, spend some time in the kitchen whilst cooking or to have a beer or two (or three or four..) on the balcony.
We absolutely fell in love with all the cafés and bars Neukölln has offer, as well as the canal close to our place.
If you feel like enjoying a month in Berlin feel free to contact us & write a few sentences about yourself.

Ich nehme eine Kaution von 100€ und bräuchte eine Kopie von deinem Personalausweis :)

WIFI costs are at 15€ so total rent will be 465€.
