Hallo,
ich suche ab September 2017 unkomplizierte/n Teilzeit-Mitbewohnern/in für werktags. Bevorzuge Pendler, die eine Bleibe in Berlin suchen, aber die Woche auf zwei Wohnorte aufteilen.
Idealerweise stelle ich mir das Wohnen so vor, dass ich dir mein Wohnzimmer als Zimmer zur Verfügung stelle das mit großem Tisch, Kommode und Sofa, aber eben auch mit einer Schlafmöglichkeit möbliert ist. Dafür biete ich eine günstige Miete an. Ich bin Nichtraucherin und Vegetarierin. Meine Wohnung ist eine Nichtraucherwohnung (inkl. Balkon).
Ich bin freiberufliche Künstlerin/Fotografin und arbeite sehr viel von Zuhause.
Daher suche ich eine berufstätige Person mit geregelter Arbeitszeit und Arbeitsstätte außerhalb der Wohnung.
Miete vorerst für ein halbes Jahr.
