Traveling to Paris (for a little longer than a month), i'd like to sublet my nice bedroom.
The 25Sqm has all you need in a classical bedroom: a bed with clean sheets, wardrobe, books, stereo system and a nice seating area for chilling. Additional space would allow you to invite some friends over to hang out!
You have everything you need: washing machine and gas stove in the kitchen, a spacious shower in the clean bathroom.
Directly on the Körnerkiez in the middle Neukölln's Hermannstrasse.
Just a 10 seconds walk to public transportation (U/S-Bahn + bus), enabling you to reach Kreuzberg or Friedrichshain in 10-15 min and only 20 min to the city center.
To wind down your day, have a beer and watch the sunset, or just have a walk in Tempelhofer field.
You'll be able to buy food at the Rewe or Netto next door, or if you're an organic food person you'll find everything you need in Richardplatz (Dr. Pogo) or at the organic supermarket on the Hermannstrasse. You'll also find a variety of restaurants and “imbiss” (Berlin fast food) all pretty cheap and tasty!
The flat is a 3-bedroom apartment shared with my lovely flatmate, who will be sharing the kitchen and bathroom with you.
Don't hesitate to ask her for any tips about Berlin she'll be happy to help you with anything you may need!
