Ich suche ein neues WG-Zuhause und biete daher mein Zimmer zum Tausch gegen ein anderes WG Zimmer oder eine kleine Wohnung an. Was den Zeitpunkt betrifft bin ich relativ flexibel bzw. können wir uns da abstimmen.
Das Zimmer ist 17m2 groß und zum Hinterhof (Süden) ausgerichtet – somit ist es super ruhig, durch den 1. Stock jedoch nicht das hellste Zimmer.
Es schließt an den Flur an, an welchen außerdem ein weiteres Zimmer (von Dustin) mit Balkon angrenzt, sowie eine Küche und das Bad (mit Badewanne und Tageslicht).
Das Zimmer würde leer übernommen werden (falls Interesse besteht, können ein paar Möbel übernommen werden).

I am looking for a new (permanent) shared flat and am therefore offering my room in exchange for another shared room or a small apartment. I am flexible when it comes to the dates.
The room is 17m2 and faces the backyard (south) – so it's quite calm, but not the room with a lot of light.
It's next to the hallway, which is also adjoined by another room (Dustins room) with a balcony, as well as a kitchen and the bathroom (with bathtub and daylight).
The room would be empty (but in case you are interested, there could be some furniture that you could take).
Die Wohnung liegt an der Thorwaldsenstraße und damit genau an der Grenze von Schöneberg, Steglitz und Friedenau. Da das Zimmer zum Hinterhof ausgerichtet ist, ist es sehr ruhig.
Bushaltestellen befinden sich nur 1 Minute vor der Tür, außerdem sind die S-Bahn Haltestellen fußläufig in ca. 7 min. zu erreichen (Priesterweg, Feuerbachstraße oder S-Bhf Friedenau). Jegliche Läden des täglichen Bedarfs befinden sich in unmittelbarer Nähe. Durch den Insulaner, den Lauenburger Park oder den Stadtpark Steglitz gibt es zudem viel Grün drum herum :)

The apartment is located on Thorwaldsenstraße, exactly on the border between Schöneberg, Steglitz and Friedenau. Since the room faces the backyard, it is very quiet.
Bus stops are only 1 minute away, and the S-Bahn stops can be reached in around 7 minutes walking distance (Priesterweg, Feuerbachstraße or S-Bahn station Friedenau). All shops for daily needs are very close. With the Insulaner, the Lauenburger Park or the Stadtpark Steglitz there is also a lot of green around you :)
Du würdest mit Dustin in der WG wohnen. Dustin ist 36 Jahre alt und hat Soziologie und Geographie studiert, arbeitet vor allem freiberuflich im Event- und Kulturbereich und widmet sich als Produzent leidenschaftlich der Musik.
Die Wohngemeinschaft bietet dir genügend Rückzugsraum, gleichzeitig kannst du dich aber auch auf ein gemeinsames WG-Leben mit Dustin freuen, wo gemeinsame Abende in der Küche oder ähnliche Aktivitäten immer willkommen sind.
Er freut sich immer über Gespräche (vor allem zu politischen und dekolonialen Diskursen, aber auch zu den kleineren Fragen im Leben), gemeinsame Koch-Aktionen oder Musik.
Über alles andere reden wir gerne beim gemeinsamen Kennenlernen. Solltest du in der Zwischenzeit Fragen haben, kontaktiere uns einfach!

You would live with Dustin in the shared flat. Dustin is 33 years old and studied sociology and geography, works mainly as a freelancer in the event and cultural sector and is passionate about music as a producer.
The shared flat will offer you enough private space, but at the same time you can look forward to sharing a home with Dustin, where evenings together in the kitchen or similar activities are always welcome.
He is always happy to talk (especially about political and decolonial discourse, but also about the smaller questions in life), cook together or share music.
