Das Zimmer wird möbliert (Bett, Schreibtisch, Sessel, Kleiderstangen, Regal, Sitzecke im Wintergarten) und befristet vom 01.10. bis 31.12.2023 vermietet. Eventuell lässt sich der Mietzeitraum auch verlängern, das wird sich leider erst in den nächsten Wochen klären. Solltest du eigene Möbel mitbringen finden wir für die jetzigen Möbel sicherlich Platz im Keller. Der Preis für das Zimmer beträgt 450€ inklusive aller Nebenkosten (Internet, Strom, Heizung, etc.).
A large and bright room in an old building with floorboards, winter garden and high ceilings awaits you. The room is furnished (bed, desk, armchair, clothes rails, shelve, seating area in the winter garden) and rented for a limited period from 01.10. to 31.12.2023. It may be possible to extend the rental period, but unfortunately this will only be clarified in the next few weeks. If you bring your own furniture, we will certainly find space for it in the basement. The price for the room is 450€ including all utilities (internet, electricity, heating, etc.).
Die Wohnung befindet sich in einer guten Lage, unmittelbar vom Stadtpark Steglitz entfernt. Bis zum S+U Rathaus Steglitz, S Südende, S Lankwitz sind es mit dem Bus nur 5 Minuten. Dazu hat die Wohnung eine sehr gute Anbindung zur Freien Universität (15 Minuten mit dem Bus oder Fahrrad). Fahrräder können sicher im Innenhof abgestellt werden.
The apartment is in a good location, directly from the Stadtpark Steglitz. To the S+U Rathaus Steglitz, S Südende, S Lankwitz it is only 5 minutes by bus. In addition, the apartment has a very good connection to the Freie Universität (15 minutes by bus or bike). Bicycles can be safely parked in the courtyard.
Du wohnst mit mir (Leo), einem sehr offenen und toleranten Menschen zusammen. Ich studiere VWL an der FU, treibe sehr gerne Sport und liebe Musik. Ich koche gerne zusammen und quatsche dabei, zudem können wir abends auch gerne zusammen Dart spielen (ja die Scheibe hängt bei uns im Flur). Wenn man seine Ruhe und Zeit alleine braucht, ist das aber auch immer möglich.
You live with me (Leo), a very open and tolerant person. I study economics at the FU, love sports and music. I like cooking together and chatting, and we can also play darts together in the evenings (yes, the board is hanging in our hallway). But if you need your peace and time alone, that's always possible too.
Die Wohnung (Flur, Bad und Küche) ist auch ansonsten groß und geräumig. Wir haben eine Waschmaschine und einen Geschirrspüler. Das Bad verfügt über eine Duschbadewanne.

The apartment (hallway, bathroom and kitchen) further is large and spacious, too. We have a washing machine and a dishwasher. The bathroom has a shower bath.
