Hello !
It’s a 3 person WG in Wedding (4 mins from U Amrumer), close to Leopoldplatz and with a canal right around the corner and a 10 min walk to Plotzensee.
There’s Jason, 31, from Spain, enjoying beer and music, tying to become a famous DJ (classic reason to move to Berlin).
We have Eva, 27, german, studying her spacy Master of "Urban Future"... in Potsdam. She plays in a left demo drumming group for feminism, ecology, antiracism, and so ooon. (does not usually play the drums at home, so no worries) (sometimes she brings them out when we’re having a party tho). And there will be Davi, Evas boyfriend, 27, from Brazil who will start his Working Holliday Visa in May, he loves Books from Dostojewski and Kebap, and will move with her in her room as a starting point to find a job and later a place for himself.
At home we are calm people but sometimes we like to party in our livingroom/kitchen until 6 am with LED party lights on.
The big kitchen and living room needs people who use it for all kinds of stuff, not just for people who want to eat, sleep and work. You can do all of it here, but we would be happy if you would sometimes like to have a beer, hang out, bring friends here etc.
In our flat is in general a lot of stuff and memories from old flatmates, our cleaning level is okay, its definitley not dirty but its also definitely not super clean, but we like it like this. So if you need it clean, tidy and minimalistic, this place isn't for you.
The room is 14 or 15 qm2, we’re in the 4th floor so there is a lot of light, it’s an old house with wooden floors, there is no street noise, because it’s the back house. It’s furnished and free from May. The price is around 450 EUR (depending on how the Nebenkosten are developing) and a security deposit of 450 EUR. If this is not possible for you right now we find a solution, no worries!
It is possible that our old flatemate will return to berlin next year and would like to move back in with us. In this case we would tell you with enough time beforehand, so you can find something new.
