Da meine liebe Mitbewohnerin Carla im kommenden Frühjahr für ein Auslandssemester nach Kanada geht, wird ihr Zimmer für ein paar Monate von Januar bis Ende April 2022 zur Zwischenmiete frei.
Das Zimmer ist 15 m² groß und wird möbliert übergeben. In dem Zimmer befinden sich ein Schreibtisch mit Stuhl, das Bett, ein kleiner, quadratischer roter Nachttisch (fehlt auf dem Bild), ein TV-Unterschrank/Regal, auf dem ein Fernseher steht (kein Fernsehanschluss, ansonsten verwendbar), ein Bücherregal und schließlich ein großer Kleiderschrank.
Es zeichnet sich, wie auch der Rest der Wohnung, durch einen schönen Dielenboden und die altbautypische hohe Decke aus. Carlas Kleidung, Bücher und Weiteres lagert sie im Stauraum auf dem Dachboden, damit du Platz für deine eigenen Dinge hast. Oben befindet sich außerdem ein Raum zum Aufhängen von Wäsche. Wir haben zudem das große Glück einer Badewanne in einem Tageslichtbad.

Since my dear roommate Carla is going to Canada for a semester abroad next spring, her room will be available for interim rent for a few months from January until the end of April 2022.
The room is 15 m² and will be handed over furnished. In the room there is a desk with chair, the bed, a small square red nightstand (missing in the picture), a TV base/shelf on which there is a TV (no TV connection, otherwise usable), a bookshelf and finally a large closet.
It is characterized, like the rest of the apartment, by a beautiful plank floor and the high ceiling typical of old buildings. Carla's clothes, books and more she stores in the attic storage space, so you have room for your own things. There is also a room upstairs for hanging laundry. We also have the great fortune of a bathtub in a daylight bathroom.
Die Wohnung befindet sich im 4. Stockwerk mit nur 3 Minuten Fußweg bis zur Haltestelle "Rathaus" mitten im Zentrum Bielefelds. Insgesamt bewohnen wir 55 m².
Alles, was das Herz sonst begehren könnte, ist in ein paar Minuten zu Fuß erreicht. Beim Stadttheater ist man in 5 Minuten genauso wie beim Theater am Alten Markt. Auch ein Rossmann, ein Nahkauf, ein Späti und andere Einkaufsmöglichkeiten befinden sich in der Nähe wie auch eine Vielzahl an Restaurants und gemütlichen Cafés. Zusätzlich gibt es mehrere Parks, die fußläufig in weniger als 5 Minuten erreichbar sind. Und auch bei der Kunsthalle ist nur knappe 10 Minuten entfernt. Wenn es dich hoch auf die Sparrenburg treibt, bist du dort auch direkt in 10-20 Minuten, je nachdem, wie schnell du läufst :D

The apartment is located on the 4th floor with only 3 minutes walk to the stop "Rathaus" in the center of Bielefeld. In total we live in a 55 m² flat.
Everything else your heart could desire is within a few minutes walk. You can reach the city theater in 5 minutes as well as the theater at the old market. Also a Rossmann, a Nahkauf, a Späti and other shopping facilities are nearby as well as a variety of restaurants and cozy cafes. In addition, there are several parks that are within walking distance in less than 5 minutes. And even at the Kunsthalle is only a scant 10 minutes away. If you want to go on the Sparrenburg, you are there also directly in 10-20 minutes, depending on how fast you walk :D
Du wohnst mit mir - Patricia - zusammen. Ich bin 25, studiere Soziologie und arbeite als wissenschaftliche Hilfskraft an der Uni. Ich mache gern mal Sport (z.B. Yoga, Fitness, Wandern, Bouldern) und manchmal auch Musik. Sonst bin ich öfters unterwegs, backe Brot, binge Serien oder lese. Bist du neu in Bielefeld? Ich liebe Cappuccino, Eis und gutes Essen und zeige dir gerne meine kulinarischen Lieblingsorte, wo ich mit Freunden quatsche, arbeite oder entspanne. Oder kennst du dich bereits gut aus? Dann nimm mich gern mal mit in deine Lieblingsbar.
Bislang war das hier keine Zweck-WG, und ich fände es schön, wenn das so bleibt. Auch wenn du nur für ein paar Monate hier wohnst, können wir uns gerne kennenlernen und gemeinsam Dinge unternehmen. Zeit für Gespräche, gemeinsames Kochen, Filmegucken oder Ähnliches nehme ich mir gerne - vielleicht kannst du mich ja auch für deine Interessen begeistern. Natürlich sollst du deinen Rückzugsraum haben und deinen eigenen Aktivitäten nachgehen, wann immer du magst - ich brauche ja auch mal meine Ruhe ;) Carla und ich hatten bisher einen Putzplan, der ganz gut funktioniert hat und ich würde mich freuen, wenn du bereit wärst, den beizubehalten.

You live with me - Patricia. I am 25, study sociology and work as a research assistant at the university. I like to do sports (e.g. yoga, fitness, hiking, bouldering) and sometimes music. Otherwise I'm often out and about, baking bread, binge watching series or reading. Are you new in Bielefeld? I love cappuccino, ice cream and good food and would love to show you my favorite culinary places where I chat with friends, work or relax. Or do you already know your way around? Then feel free to take me to your favorite bar.
So far, this hasn't been a purpose-built shared apartment, and I'd like it to stay that way. Even if you only live here for a few months, we can get to know each other and do things together. I'm happy to take time for conversations, cooking together, watching movies or similar - maybe you can inspire me for your interests. Of course, you should have your own space and pursue your own activities whenever you like - I also need my peace and quiet ;) Carla and I had a cleaning schedule so far, which worked quite well and I would be happy if you would be willing to keep it.
Alle Kosten wie Internet, Strom, Wasser sind in den 332 Euro mit inbegriffen.
Die Waschmaschine, die auf den Bildern zu sehen ist, funktioniert zurzeit nicht. Aber es gibt in der Nähe (10 Min) einen niedlichen Waschsalon, in dem wir unsere Wäsche waschen.
Meld dich einfach, schreib gern etwas über dich und was dir am Zusammenleben wichtig ist und wir machen einen Termin für eine Online-Treffen aus :)

The washing machine that you can see in the pictures is not working at the moment. But there is a cute laundromat nearby (10 min) where we do our laundry.
