Das Zimmer ist sehr groß, durch die zwei Fenster sehr hell und ruhig gelegen. Das Zimmer ist ab dem 31.03.2015 frei. Die Miete beträgt 390 Euro inklusive aller Nebenkosten, Internet, einer Festnetzflatrate und Kabelfernsehen. Wir haben ein großes Esszimmer mit viel Platz, unsere Küche ist mit allem nötigen eingerichtet.
Da ich ein Praktikum im Ausland für 6 Monate machen werde, möchte ich gerne alle meine Möbel hier lassen. Über das ein oder andere Möbelstück können wir aber auch verhandeln.
Vor der Haustür befindet sich eine Bushaltestelle, man ist in 10 Minuten am Bahnhof und zu Fuß in 10 Minuten am Bertha-von-Suttner Platz wo die S-Bahnen fahren. Gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Netto, Rewe, Kiosk etc.) schnell fußläufig zu erreichen.
Die Mitbewohner sind gesellig und offen für leckere Kochabende mit Bier/Wein.
