Die Wohnung besitzt drei schöne Zimmer, eine gemütliche Küche und befindet sich im zweiten Stock eines Mehrfamilienhauses in der süd-östlichen Innenstadt.
Ab 01.07.:
Dein Zimmer ist sehr hell, hat hohe Altbaudecken und ist etwa 15qm groß (durch die hohen Decken wirkt es aber noch größer) und hat einen Balkon zum Innenhof. Allgemein zeichnet sich unsere schöne WG durch ihren Altbau-Charme aus. Die gemütliche Wohnküche ist vollständig ausgestattet und hat sogar eine Spülmaschine und Waschmachine. Im Haus wohnen einige Studenten und auch Berufstätige, die immer sehr nett sind und auch öfters Pakete annehmen, falls mal niemand von uns da ist. Mit der WGs über und unter uns haben wir uns auch gut angefreundet und machen immer mal wieder etwas zusammen.

The apartment has three beautiful rooms, a cozy kitchen and is located on the second floor of an apartment building in the south-eastern city center.
From 01.07.:
Your room is very bright, has high ceilings in old buildings and is about 15 square meters (but the high ceilings make it look even bigger) and has a balcony facing the inner courtyard. In general, our beautiful flat share is characterized by its old building charm. The cozy eat-in kitchen is fully equipped and even has a dishwasher and washing machine. Some students and professionals live in the house, who are always very nice and often accept parcels if none of us is there. We have made good friends with the shared apartments above and below and we do something together every now and then.

Quasi direkt nebenan gibt es einen kleinen Kiosk, eine Pizzeria und zwei Billiard-Bars, in denen man sich gut abends mit Freunden treffen kann (wenn der Lockdown wieder vorbei ist!). Die Einkaufsmöglichkeiten für Lebensmittel (Edeka, REWE und Aldi) sind ca. 5 Minuten entfernt, die Reinoldikirche mit vielen Bars, Kneipen und Restaurants ca. 10 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Nach 5 Minuten Fußweg erreicht man die S- & U-Bahn Station Stadthaus. Von da kommt man innerhalb von 15-20 Minuten zur Uni oder innerhalb von 3 Minuten zum Westenhellweg (Shoppingstraße). Parken ist hier manchmal etwas schwierig, aber es lässt sich immer etwas finden. :-) Die Olgastraße liegt zwischen dem Heiligen Weg und der Märkischen Straße, in ein paar Minuten ist man mit dem Auto auf der B1 und der B236.

Almost right next door there is a small kiosk, a pizzeria and two billiard bars, where you can meet up with friends in the evening (when the lockdown is over!). The shops for groceries (Edeka, REWE and Aldi) are approx. 5 minutes away, the Reinoldikirche with many bars, pubs and restaurants approx. 10 minutes away on foot. After a 5-minute walk you will reach the S- & U-Bahn station Stadthaus. From there you can get to the university within 15-20 minutes or to the Westenhellweg (shopping street) within 3 minutes. Parking is sometimes a bit difficult here, but you can always find something. :-) Olgastraße is located between Heiligen Weg and Märkische Straße, in a few minutes you can be on the B1 and B236 by car.

Simon (22) und ich (Farid,31) sind deine zukünftige Mitbewohnern. Simon werde erst ab 1.Juni einziehen. Er studiert Raumplanung an der TU und arbeitet nebenbei im Corona Testzentrum. Er lässt sich gerne im Tennis, Badminton, Darten, Fifa, Flunkyball oder Bierpong herausfordern oder gehe mit seinen Freunden Wakeboarden, Bouldern oder Fußball spielen. Ich studiere Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen im Master an der TU. Gehe gerne joggen, Rad fahren oder mit den Freunden zum Park gehen und was trinken. Höre fast alles außer Dead-Metall oder was hartes aber mein Lieblingsmusik ist Elektro ( Melodic House & Techno and Hause), Blues oder Jazz. Unter meinen ehemaligen Mitbewohnern bin ich als offener, unternehmenslustiger und
humorvoller Mensch bekannt. In der Vergangenheit haben wir immer versucht, viel gemeinsam zu unternehmen (Spieleabende, Kochen, trinken oder mal gemeinsam feiern gehen). Dir sollte es also auch wichtig sein, aktiv am WG-Leben teilzunehmen, aber wenn man mal seine Ruhe braucht, ist das natürlich voll okay und man hat immer seinen Rückzugsraum. Jeder hat noch sein eigenes Leben. Eine Zweck-WG soll es aber nicht sein. Das Putzen der Gemeinschftsräume haben wir mit einem Putzplan geregelt. Schreib doch gerne ein bisschen was über dich, damit ich einen besseren Eindruck von dir bekomme, am besten mit Telefonnummer Bzw. über Whatsapp :) (Vielleicht kannst du ja auch dein Instagram oder Facebook Profil hinzufügen.) I am studying industrial engineering as a master at the TU. I enjoy going jogging, cycling or going to the park with friends and having a drink. Hear almost everything except dead metal or something hard but my favorite music is electro (melodic house & techno and home), blues or jazz. I'm among my former roommates as more open, enterprising and
humorous person known. In the past we always tried to do a lot together (game evenings, cooking, drinking or going out to party together). So it should be important to you to actively participate in the flat-sharing community, but if you need some peace and quiet, that's okay, of course, and you always have a place to retreat. Everyone still has their own life. But it shouldn't be a purpose-built flat share. We have regulated the cleaning of the common rooms with a cleaning plan. Please write a little something about yourself so that I get a better impression of you, preferably with your phone number or via Whatsapp :) (Maybe you can also add your Instagram or Facebook profile.)
