Hallo ihr lieben WG-Suchenden,
ab dem 1.01.21 wird in meiner wunderbaren Werthmann-WG ein Zimmer frei. Das Zimmer hat 18 m2, und es hat einen Wandschrank. Insgesamt gibt es viel Platz um Sachen zu verstauen, wir haben einen großen!! Dachboden auf dem wir auch unsere Wäsche trocknen und der uns im Winter/Herbst/Frühling mit seinem cozy Baumhausgefühl beglückt.
Unsere Küche ist sehr geräumig, sodass wir uns nur selten in die Quere kommen beim Kochen. Sie grenzt an ein Wohnzimmer an und hat eine Durchreiche, also kann man auch noch bei Kochen schnacken.
Wir haben ein großes Tageslicht-Bad und ein separates Klo, also auch da entsteht eigentlich nie Stau.

Hello dear flat share seekers,
from 1.01.21 on there will be a room available in my wonderful Werthmann-WG. The room has 18 m2 and it has a closet. Altogether there is a lot of space to store things, we have a big one! Attic where we also dry our laundry and which gives us a cozy tree house feeling in winter/autumn/spring.
Our kitchen is very spacious, so we rarely get in each other's way while cooking. It adjoins a living room and has a pass-through, so you can also have a chat while cooking.
We have a large daylight bathroom and a separate toilet, so there is never a traffic jam.
Die Lage ist wirklich unschlagbar. Direkt an der Dreisam, es sind zu Fuß 5 Minuten zur Universitäts Bibliothek. Rewe, Edeka, dm und Alnatura sind zu Fuß ca. 10 Minuten. Cafés, Bars und leckeres Sushi, Indisch... alles gleich in unserer Nähe :)

The location is really untopable. Directly at the Dreisam, it is a 5 minute walk to the university library. Rewe, Edeka, dm and Alnatura are about 10 minutes walk. Cafés, bars and delicious Sushi, Indian... just a short walk away. :)
Zurzeit wohnen hier:
Milia (23) WG-Sonnenschein und beste GinFizz Zubereiterin. Außerdem fantastische Köchin und der hilfsbereiteste Mensch auf diesem Planeten.
Darius (30), der die besten Tipps für Sonnenuntergang-Spots und Currypasten Rezepte hat und gerne draußen unterwegs ist.
Tom (26), kommt ursprünglich aus Australien, ist eine echte Nachteule, macht irgendwas mit Buisiness und beglückt seine Mitbewohner:innen mit SchokoChip Cookies und vorzüglichem stir-fry. Tom konnte sich im Wettkampf um die beste Lasagne nicht gegen Milia durchsetzen.
Tim (26?) kommt ursprünglich aus Wales und bringt uns alle mit seinem britischen Humor und Scharade Skills zum lachen.
Im Januar wird mit dir zusammen noch eine weitere neue Person einziehen.
Vielleicht liest du raus, wir sind wirklich ein bunt gemischter multikulti Haufen. Wir sprechen Englisch in der WG und damit solltest du kein Problem haben, wenn du einziehen möchtest :). Meistens isst zumindest ein Teil der Besetzung zusammen oder macht es sich zu Lern/Arbeitssessions in unserer geräumigen Wohnküche gemütlich. Aber man hat definitiv auch die Möglichkeit sich mal zurück zu ziehen. Trotz sechs Personen läuft es mit der Sauberkeit und Ordnung ziemlich gut bei uns.

Tom (26), originally from Australia, is a real night owl and delights his roommates with chocolate chip cookies and excellent stir-fry. Tom could not prevail against Milia in the competition for the best lasagne.
Tim (26?) is originally from Wales and makes us all laugh with his British humor and charade skills.
In January another new person will move in with you.
You might have noticed that we are really a diverse, multicultural bunch. We speak English in the flat share and you should have no problem with that if you want to move in :). Most of the time at least a part of the cast eats together or makes themselves comfortable in our spacious kitchen-living room for study/work sessions. But you definitely also have the possibility to get some peace and quiet. Despite six people, the cleanliness and orderliness is pretty good.
Wenn du Lust auf ein gemeinschaftliches, respektvolles, herzliches Zusammenleben hast und kein Problem mit multikulti + Englisch sprechen hast, dann melde dich gerne bei uns!
Wir benötigen entweder eine Bürgschaft oder iwie eine Sicherheit in Form von einem Job oder ähnlichem.
