Hallo, Leute, wir vermieten ein gemütliches Zimmer in unserer WG. Der Mieter muss Student oder Azubi sein, ansonsten gibt es keine weiteren Anforderungen an euch. Das Zimmer befindet sich auf der Westseite des Gebäudes und liegt zur Straße hin, so dass es tagsüber etwas laut sein kann, aber nichts Verrücktes, und bei geschlossenem Fenster ist es absolut ruhig.
Das Zimmer ist mit einem Schreibtisch ausgestattet (wenn man ihn nicht braucht, kann man ihn abbauen und in den Keller stellen), aber die anderen Möbel (Bett und Schrank) kann man für 80 Euro haben. Leider müssen sie gekauft werden, da ich wegziehe und keine Zeit habe, sie einzeln zu verkaufen. Sie sind etwa 2 Jahre alt und in relativ gutem Zustand.
Wie Sie auf den Bildern sehen können, haben wir auch ein Wohnzimmer, ein Badezimmer, eine Gästetoilette, eine Küche und einen Balkon, der ziemlich groß ist und sehr schön ist, um morgens zu frühstücken oder nachmittags Freunde zu besuchen.
In der Küche, wie Sie auf den Bildern sehen können, gibt es eine Waschmaschine, einen Trockner und einen Geschirrspüler

Hello, people, we are renting out a cozy room in our WG. The renter has to be a student or an azubi, other than that there aren't any other requirements for you. The room is on the west side of the building and faces the street, so during the day there may be some noise but not anything crazy, and with the window closed it's completely quiet.
The room comes with one desk (if you do not need it, it can be disassembled and put in the cellar.) However, the other furniture(bed and closet) will be yours for 80 Euros. Unfortunately, they have to be bought, since I am moving away and don't have time to sell them separately. They are about 2 years old and in relatively good condition.
As you can see in the pictures, we also have a living room, a bathroom, a guest toilet, a kitchen, and a balcony that is quite big and very nice to have breakfast in the morning or bring some friends over in the afternoon.
In the kitchen, as you can see in the pictures, there is a washing machine, a drier and a dishwasher, which are very useful to have.
Die Wohnung befindet sich in der Zähringerstrasse, ca. 2 Minuten von einer Strassenbahnhaltestelle (Nummer 4) und 9 Minuten vom Bahnhof Zähringen entfernt.
Es gibt viele Möglichkeiten zum Einkaufen:
-Edeka, 2 Gehminuten entfernt.
-Rewe, Aldi, 5 Minuten mit dem Fahrrad
-Kaufland, 6 Minuten mit dem Fahrrad oder 8 Minuten mit der Straßenbahn
Dm, Dhl, Apotheken, Sparkasse, Volksbank, Optik, türkischer Supermarkt sind alle 2-3 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt
Ein Park und ein Wald sind ca. 10 Minuten entfernt und laden zum Spazierengehen oder Joggen ein.

The apartment is located on the Zähringerstrasse, about 2 minutes away from a Tram station (Number 4), and 9 minutes away from Zähringen train station.
There are a lot of options for shopping:
-Edeka, 2 minutes away on foot
-Rewe, Aldi, 5 minutes by bike
-Kaufland, 6 minutes by bike or 8 minutes by tram
There are also dm, dhl, pharmacies, sparkasse,volksbank, optik, turkish supermaket all 2-3 minutes away on foot
There is also a park and a forest about 10 minutes away, which are very nice for having a walk or jogging if you are into that.
Deine Mitbewohner werden Nasrin, Maria, Annika und Paul sein, die alle studieren und/oder arbeiten. Sie sind alle sehr nett, höflich und respektvoll, so dass du keine Probleme haben solltest, dich mit ihnen zu integrieren ;)
Wir veranstalten keine Partys, aber es macht uns nichts aus, ein paar Freunde mitzubringen und ab und zu etwas zu trinken :)

Your roommates will be Nasrin, Maria, Annika und Paul, which are all studying and/or working at the moment. They are all very nice, polite and respectful, so you shouldnt have any problems integrating with them ;)
We don't throw any parties, but don't mind bringing a few friends over and having a drink from time to time :)
