The room is quite big and has a double bed, it also comes with all the essential furniture!
WI-FI and all utilities included. There are 4 rooms in the flat, but one of our roommates works abroad and isn't home often! The shower is spacious and we have a washer. The kitchen has a microwave, oven and dishwasher!!
It's very well located, just a 4min walk from the tram stop (Ostbahnhof, Linie 4), you can get to the city center in 10min! There is a supermarket just 5min away which is very convenient, and next to it there is also a very nice gym. Aldi and Lidl can also be reached within a 12-15min walk.
We have a very chill environment in the flat, some of us work and some are students. Everyone is very tidy, so we would appreciate someone who cleans after themselves!
