Das Zimmer ist mit seinen 12 m² recht überschaubar, aber dafür umso gemütlicher - ein richtiges cozy nest. Der eingebaute Wandschrank bietet genügend Stauraum, sodass Zeug nicht sinnlos durch die Gegend kugelt und Fläche wegnimmt. Das Zimmer ist nach Norden ausgerichtet - man wacht also mit Blick auf die Nordkette auf. Uuund die Wohnung liegt im 13. Stock, was eine unversperrte Sicht auf Innsbrucks Umgebung ermöglicht.
Ich würde das Zimmer möbliert (Bett ohne Matratze, Schreibtisch, Nachttisch, Wandregale) übergeben und dafür eine Ablöse von 170,- verlangen.
The room is quite manageable with its 12 m², but all the more cozy - a real cozy nest. The built-in wardrobe offers plenty of storage space so that stuff doesn't clutter up the area and take up space. The room faces north - so you wake up with a view of the Nordkette. And the apartment is on the 13th floor, which offers an amazing view of Innsbruck's surroundings. The room would remain furnished for a small fee of 170,- (bed without mattress, desk, bedside table, shelves).
Sowohl mit Rad und Öffis, die direkt vor der Haustür wegfahren (auch der Nachtbus), ist man in ca. 10 Minuten im Stadtzentrum. Vor allem das Radfahren ist von hier aus super gemütlich, da der Großteil der Strecke auf dem Radweg neben Inn & Sill verläuft.
Noch näher liegen das KI (Kletterzentrum) und die Skatehalle, die man zu Fuß in 5 Minuten erreicht. Diverse Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind ebenfalls in Fußnähe.
Both by bike and public transport, which leaves right outside the front door (including the night bus), you can be in the city center in about 10 minutes. Cycling is particularly easy from here, as most of the route runs along the cycle path next to the Inn & Sill.
Even closer are the KI (climbing center) and the skate hall, which can be reached on foot in 5 minutes. Various shopping facilities are also within walking distance.
Du würdest dir die Wohnung mit Mathias (24), Aleks (24) und Anina (21) teilen. Unser WG-Leben erweist sich als sehr unkompliziert und freundschaftlich. Wir gehen alle unseren eigenen Aufgaben (Jobs, Studium) bzw. Interessen nach, mögen es aber auch, mal den Abend gemeinsam zu verbringen oder am Wochenende am Berg zu fahren. Mathias ist die gute Seele der WG. Sein Job als Physiotherapeut und die Motivation, das Leben in den Bergen zu verbringen, zogen ih von Oberösterreich nach Tirol. Aleks kommt ursprünglich aus Bonn, studiert aber bereits seit nun 2 Jahren Geografie in Innsbruck. Man trifft ihn entweder im KI (an der Wand oder hinter der Theke) oder im Treibhaus. Die letzte im Bunde ist Anina. Ursprünglich aus Franken, zog sie das Sport Studium hierher, was einen großen Teil ihrer Zeit in Anspruch nimmt. Auch außerhalb des Studiums ist sie sportlich unterwegs, nämlich als Triathletin.
You would share the apartment with Mathias (24), Aleks (24) and Anina (21). Our shared flat life is proving to be very uncomplicated and friendly. We all have our own tasks (jobs, studies) and interests, but we also like to spend the evening together or go up the hill on the weekends. Mathias is the good soul of the shared flat. His profession as a physiotherapist and his motivation to spend his life in the mountains have led him from Upper Austria to Tyrol. Aleks is originally from Bonn, but has been studying geography in Innsbruck for two years now. You can meet him either in the KI (on the wall or behind the bar) or in the Treibhaus. Last but not least: Anina. Originally from Franconia, she moved here to study sport, which takes up a lot of her time. She is also active in sports outside of her studies, namely as a triathlete.
So chamant wie alles auch klingen mag, einen kleinen Minus-Punkt gibt es dennoch, der aber nur vorübergehend ist: Aktuell wird die Fassade rund um das Gebäude renoviert und die Dämmung erneuert. Dadurch ist es zurzeit etwas lauter in der WG und die ansonstige großartige Aussicht auf Innsbrucks Bergwelt ist durch das Baugerüst etwas eingeschränkt. Diese Baustelle sollte aber Ende Juni abgeschlossen sein.
Um das Ganze aber gemäß der altbekannten Sandwich-Methode abzuschließen, hier noch ein kleines Zuckerl: Unser Vermieter gibt uns für den Zeitraum der Bauarbeiten einen Mietnachlass, wodurch sich deine Miete um 20-25% reduzieren würde.
Am besten aber du kommst selbst vorbei und machst dir dein eigenes Bild. Wir würden uns freuen! (:
As chamant as everything may sound, there is one small minus point, but it is only temporary: the façade around the building is currently being renovated and the insulation renewed. As a result, it is currently a little noisier in the shared flat and the otherwise magnificent view of Innsbruck's mountains is somewhat restricted by the scaffolding. However, construction should be done by the end of June.
But to wrap things up according to the well-known sandwich method, here's a little treat: as long as the building is renovated, the rent will be reduced by 20-25%.
