Mit einer kleinen Träne im Auge verlasse ich mein Zimmer in der Kurti 1 und es möchte gerne schnellstmöglich wieder bewohnt werden.
Das Zimmer ist sweet, am besten schaust du es dir vor Ort an :) Ein paar facts aber dennoch:
404 Euro warm, inkl. Internet, Strom, GEZ, alles. Das Zimmer liegt Richtung Norden und hat eine große Fensterfront.
Dein zukünftiges Zimmer liegt an der Küche. Wir sind keine sehr laute WG und spätestens gegen 23 Uhr achten alle auf Ruhe in der Küche ;)

A few facts nevertheless:
404 Euro rent including everything. The room faces north and has a large window front.
Your future room is next to the kitchen. We are not a very noisy flat and everyone makes sure that the kitchen is quiet around 11 pm at the latest ;)
Deine zukünftige Mitbewohnis sind Anne, Lucie, Lou, Geo, Vivi & Seifana (sie/ihr); Chris & Danny (er/ihm). Dazu kommt noch Vivis Hündin Lia. Sie bellt und haart manchmal, liegt aber ansonsten meist brav auf der Couch und schlummert. Wir haben teils gleiche und auch unterschiedliche Interessen aber über grundlegende politischen Ansichten und Werte sind wir uns dennoch einig. Du solltest Eigenverantwortung übernehmen können, dich mit feminismus/kritischer Männlichkeit auseinander gesetzt haben, ordentlich, sozial & tolerant sein. Bestenfalls magst du Hundis und hast lust auf ein familiäres zusammenleben. Ps. Wenn du die Anzeige gelesen hast, verrate uns in deiner Nachricht eine Sache, die du ausprobiert hast und niemals wieder machen würdest.

Your future flatmates are Anne, Lucie, Lou, Geo, Vivi & Seifana (she/they); Chris & Danny (he/him). There is also Vivi's dog Lia. She barks and sometimes sheds, but otherwise usually lies on the couch and naps. We have some similar and some different interests, but we agree on basic political views and values. You should be able to take personal responsibility, have dealt with feminism/critical masculinity, be tidy, social & tolerant. At best, you like dogs and enjoy living together as a family.

wir haben den 14.5 und den 16.5 nächste Woche jeweils 19: 30 Uhr reserviert, um dich als neuen Mitbewohni kennen zu lernen. Bitte schreib uns, an welchem der Termine du kannst.
Dein Einzugsdatum ist ein bisschen flexibel. Das Zimmer ist ab dem 18. Mai schon frei, wenn du erst im Juni einziehen kannst, können wir uns die Miete für Juni auch noch teilen :)
Leider kommen zu deinem Einzug noch einmalig Kosten 83€ dazu, die möchte die Hausverwaltung um dich als neue/n HauptmieterIn mit in den Vertrag aufzunehmen.

we have reserved the 14.5 and the 16.5 next week at 7:30 pm to get to know you as a new roommate. Please let us know which of the dates you can come.
Your move-in date is a bit flexible. The room is already available from May 18th, if you can only move in in June, we can still share the rent for June :)
Unfortunately, there will be a one-off charge of 83€ when you move in, which the property management would like to include in the contract as the new main tenant.
Please write us a message via WG-Gesucht, we read all messages until 12.5 :)
