die schöne Wohnung, die du beziehen kannst, befindet sich im zweiten Stock eines vierstöckigen Mehrfamilienhauses. Sie wurde kürzlich renoviert. In der Wohnung gibt es zwei Schlafzimmer, eine geräumige Küche, an die ein Balkon anknüpft, sowie ein geräumiges Bad, einen kleinen Flur und einen Kellerraum samt Waschmaschine und eigenem Kellerabteil.
Die Küche hat alles, was man im Alltag braucht: Kühlschrank, Herd, Kaffeemaschine, Wasserkocher, Geschirrspülmaschine. Im Badezimmer gibt es zwei Fenster und eine neue Badewanne.
Dein zukünftiges Zimmer ist 16m² groß, quadratisch geschnitten und verfügt über einen kleinen Balkon. Es ist südlich ausgerichtet, sodass viel Tageslicht ins Zimmer kommt.
Du kannst das Zimmer voll möbliert übernehmen. Alle Möbel wurden im August 2014 neu angeschafft und sind in perfektem Zustand. the beautiful apartment in which you could move in is located on the second floor of a four-story building. It was recently renovated.The apartment consists of two bedrooms, a spacious kitchen with a balcony, a spacious bathroom, a corridor and a basement department. The washing machine is also located in the basement.
The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need on a daily basis: fridge, oven, coffee machine, kettle, dishwasher. The bathroom has two windows and a new bathtub.
Your future room is 16m² big and has a balcony. Due to the southern orientation of the room a lot of daylight makes it very friendly and cosy.
You can take over all the furniture of the room. It was bought at IKEA in August 2014 and is in perfect condition. The apartment is located in a quiet and safe area in Neckarstadt-Ost with great infrastructure. Various supermarkets (REWE, Penny, Edeka), bakeries, cafés, a pharmacy and a post office are within walking distance; various tram stops (Alte Feuerwache, Schafweide, Lange Rötterstraße) are within a walking distance of five to ten minutes.
Die Mitbewohnerin bin ich, Anna. Ich bin im September 2015 aus Wien nach Mannheim gekommen, da ich ein Engagement als Theaterpädagogin am Jungen Nationaltheater Mannheim angenommen habe. Die theaterüblichen Arbeitszeiten umfassen gelegentlich auch Abende und Wochenende. Ich freue mich über eineN MitbewohnerIN, mit dem/der ich ab und an etwas gemeinsam unternehmen kann.

I moved to Mannheim from Vienna in September 2015 when I took up my job as theater pedagogue at the youth and children’s theater department of the National Theater Mannheim. Due to my job I sometimes also have to work on evenings and weekends. I am looking forward to having a flatmate who also wants to hang out every now and then and share some free time.
