10-15mins walk to the nearest Ubahn station Frankfurter Ring and Milbersthofen, or a nearby bus station which will bring you to the U-Bahn station within 5-7mins.

Nearby are supermarkets like Lidl, Aldi, Penny, etc, a few restaurants, and also an Apotheke across the street.

Located near the beautiful Olympia Park which you can walk within 10-15mins and is a great place to relax or do some sports.

I'm Shahrul, and I relish laid-back evenings filled with beers, drinks, and dinner parties. While I value my time and personal space, I'm more than willing to hang out together and also cook together sometimes if the busy schedule allows it. You might often catch music playing from my room or the kitchen when I'm cooking, ensuring there's always some entertainment in our flat lol so If you prefer a quiet living arrangement, this might not be the ideal place for you. Anna is in her final semester, finishing up her internship. She's been living here for a while and is a fun person to be around. She enjoys painting, cooking, baking, and watching series. Anna loves exploring the city, trying out cafes and restaurants, and always down for a good time. One unique thing about Anna is that she bakes cookies but rarely eats them. She sometimes needs a reminder about not wasting food, but it means you get to try lots of tasty treats!

Starting from the 1st of March, we will also have a new tenant in the other room named Nils.

On some evenings, you're likely to discover us unwinding in the kitchen—cooking, enjoying drinks, playing games, and perhaps watching a series or a movie, depending on the intensity of our work week. Since we don't have a living room, We often gravitate towards the kitchen as it's spacious, serving as our main communal area.
While there's no obligation to join in, we're looking for someone who enjoys doing activities together. This could range from hanging out in a beer garden, hanging out in the sun, to going to bars or clubs if that's your cup of tea. There's potential for long-term friendship, as we've maintained connections with past roommates who still drop by for events like birthdays and Christmas, even after moving across the country.
