Die Wohnung ist voll ausgestattet inkl. Internet und alles was man braucht. ihr könnt also direkt einziehen.
das Zimmer wird komplett möbliert vermietet.
sie hat einen eigenen Zugang zum Balkon.
Fernseher ist im Zimmer auch vorhanden.
die Wohnung liegt in Obersendling.
direkt bei der Ubahn ca. 3 Minuten zu Fuß, am Ende der Straße und man ist innerhalb von 5 Minuten in der Stadt.
die Straße an sich ist dennoch ziemlich ruhig.
der Westpark ist auch ums Eck :)
die Wohnung wird zwar als WG vermietet aber ich bin im Durchschnitt nur 1 Woche im Monat da. mal mehr mal weniger.
daher hast du größtenteils die Wohnung für dich alleine.
das Zimmer in dem ich dann schlafen werde , ist das Wohnzimmer , was du natürlich mit benutzen kannst.
zu mir : ich weiblich, bin 29 Jahre alt, berufstätig und sehr umgänglich und ein offen und kommunikativer Mensch :)
