Die Wohnung zeichnet sich zudem durch ihre sehr gute Lage und die herrvorragende ÖPNV Anbindung aus. In nur 5 Gehminuten erreicht man die U-Bahn Stationen Westenendstraße oder Friedenheimerstraße, wo man Anschluss an die U4/U5 hat. Wer lieber S-Bahn fährt kann in 10 Gehminuten die Station Hirschgarten fußläufig erreichen.
Mit dem Radl seit ihr sowieso super flexibel und in unter 10 Minuten in den Nymphenburger Schlossanlagen oder dem Westpark.
Unmittelbar vor der Haustür fahren außerdem die Tramlininen 18, 19 sowie die N19. Auch verschiedene Buslinien fahren direkt vor der Türschwelle ab.
Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es quasi nahezu uneingeschränkt. Alle großen Supermarktketten (Penny, Lidl, HIT, Edeka etc.) sind in 10 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Auch einen DM befindet sich um die Ecke.

The apartment is characterized by its very good location and excellent public transport connections. The subway stations Westenendstraße or Friedenheimerstraße are just a 5-minute walk away, where you can connect to the U4/U5. If you prefer to take the S-Bahn, Hirschgarten station is a 10-minute walk away.
By bike you are super flexible anyway and can reach the Nymphenburg Palace grounds or Westpark in under 10 minutes.
Tram lines 18, 19 and N19 also stop right outside the front door as well as various bus lines.
There are unlimited shopping opportunities. All major supermarket chains (Penny, Lidl, HIT, Edeka etc.) are within a 10-minute walk and a big DM market is around the corner.

Im Moment Leben hier Denis, Olka, Haoqing (besser bekannt als „Du“) und ich, wobei ich die WG leider demnächst verlassen werde. Wir sind ein relativ bunt gemischter Haufen und sind zwischen Anfang und Mitte zwanzig. Olka studiert Architektur im Bachelor und kostet das Studentleben noch in vollen Zügen aus. Ich selbst bin auch noch Bachelorstudent, wobei ich mich gerade in der Übergangsphase zwischen Studium und Berufseinstieg befinde.
Denis arbeitet bereits und steht mit beiden Beinen im Berufsleben. Unser High-Performer ist wohl „Du“, der gerade seinen Doktor macht (irgendwas mit Biologie, aber fragt mich bitte nicht was genau :D).
Bitte beachtet, dass es sich um eine internationale WG handelt und wir daher vorwiegend auf Englisch kommunizieren. Daher solltest auch du des Englischen mächtig sein. ;)

At the moment, Denis, Olka, Haoqing (better known as "Du") and I are living here, although I will unfortunately be leaving the flat share soon. We are a rather mixed group and are between our early and mid-twenties. Olka is studying architecture for her bachelor's degree and is still enjoying student life as much as possible. I'm still a bachelor's student myself, but I'm currently in the transition stage between studying and starting my career as young professional.
Denis is already working fulltime and our high performer is probably "Du", who is currently doing his PhD (something to do with biology, but please don't ask me what exactly :D).
Please note that this is an international flat share and we therefore communicate mainly in English. Therefore, you should also be able to speak English ;)
